First time client here in Palm Desert. Good experience overall. Nice facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and good communication for scheduling. Need a few more visits before giving 5 stars, but so far so good for cosmetic dentistry and general care.

I was due for a dental cleaning. The doctor observed that a problem previously noted in my file had gotten worse. I needed a new crown. The staff was able to squeeze me in to promptly get the process started. Sensitive to my anxiety about being in the dental chair, the doctor was gentle and made sure the procedure was painless. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience.

They are amazing here I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and got everything taken care of
The dentist herself is great and I'm happy with the work I had done. But I'm not happy about the billing—it was different than what I agreed to. My scope of work was supposed to be $3,219 total with insurance covering some, but it ended up being $4,634, leaving me with a balance 30 days later. They have much higher prices than what insurance is willing to pay and they charge you for the difference. Also, there are charges not listed on the initial treatment plan, like x-rays and consultations. Just not upfront about costs.

First time at Desert Dental Spa in Palm Desert and honestly, it was the best dental experience I've ever had. The place is super clean and has all this high-tech equipment, plus massaging chairs! The doctor and her staff were amazing from the moment I walked in. Everyone greeted me with smiles. The hygienist and doctor explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. Oh my gosh, where do I begin? What started as a broken tooth and fighting with the VA to get emergency authorization ended up as a blessing thanks to Desert Dental Spa in Palm Desert. The whole team rolled up their sleeves and went to bat for me with the VA, explaining the urgency and what it would take to fix my tooth, plus stressed the importance of completing work the Navy never finished. I've been to 4 dentists since I moved to the desert 6-1/2 yrs ago, and finally found the one to stay with! Dr. Maisy is experienced, knowledgeable, and so very thorough in her exams and her explanations to me. And she's very good at hiring excellent staff.
Everyone is friendly and makes me feel welcome and appreciated for being there. The office is well appointed and comfortable with state of the art equipment. And they seem to be really good at avoiding pain.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Dr. Ibrahim is the best! The office is really pretty and clean. I had fillings done and I didn't feel any pain. I also had my cleaning done and the hygienist is really good. Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this place!
