Went in for a routine cleaning but was told I needed a deep cleaning costing over $500. My hygienist initially said a normal cleaning would work, and the dentist agreed at first. Then the dentist came back and changed his mind, pointing at very minimal spots on X-rays. Felt like they were pushing an unnecessary procedure to charge more. Not cool.

It was horrible. I was there for 2.5 hours and never got my teeth cleaned. They took extensive X-rays and 3D images, then told me everything wrong with my teeth—even though other dentists have always said I have fantastic teeth. They said I needed a deep cleaning for over $500 out of pocket and wouldn't do a basic cleaning until I did that. Felt like a scam. I left and won't be back.

They gave me a thorough exam and were super transparent about costs for my general dentistry needs, offering different options. The staff was professional and task-oriented, and even though the office was really busy, I never felt rushed. The dentist patiently answered all my questions. This is the first dental office in 20 years where I didn't panic during X-rays. Highly recommend!

I have not seen a dentist in serval decades due to a very horrible situation I experienced. I have been neglecting my teeth for decades and as I get older problems have certainly arrived. The entire dental team at this office were very professional, kind and compassionate of my needs. The technology procedures were very thorough. I was completely impressed with my consultation with the employees at this establishment.

Imagine having your appointment at 1:30 arriving 10 minutes early and waiting for more than an hour. Don’t waist your time/gas .worse experience ever so disappointing 🤬🤬 also if you missed your appointment there’s a cancellation fee. But they won’t pay you for wasting your time and gas

Absolutely awful experience. This dentist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I felt like I was being rushed through my appointment, and any questions I asked were met with eye rolls or condescending responses. Zero bedside manner. I came in anxious and left feeling worse—not because of my teeth, but because of how I was treated. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values respect or professionalism. Do better.
