Honestly, I tell everyone about this place. I came in with a huge fear of dentists—like, actually crying before they even took my X-ray. But the team here was so patient and understanding. They did a bunch of crowns for me over several visits, and each time I felt more at ease. They make sure you're completely numb, so there's zero pain during the work. Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. I came in with a huge fear of dentists—was literally crying before the x-ray. But the whole team in Thousand Palms was so patient and kind. They did a bunch of crowns for me, and over time I got way more comfortable. They make sure you're completely numb, no pain at all. Plus they have TVs on the wall and overhead with Disney+ to distract you. Honestly, I recommend this place to everyone.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at Diamond Star Dental office. The business seems to be managed terribly by someone named Mary. My account was closed after supposedly missing two appointments even though I had called to cancel. To make matters worse the doctor sent me to get my wisdom teeth removed and root canal done, and after trying to attempt to make appointment to get the crown, I was informed my account was dismissed forcing me to find another dentist office. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the way things were handled at this dental office and I hope no patient get treated so poorly.
This is the BEST DENTAL in the WHOLE VALLEY. The receptionist’s are welcoming, the dental assistants are so nice and the dentist is so attentive to detail. Not only does he do phenomenal dental work (no discoloration with fillings, asks for teeth sensitivity, administers anesthetics the best I’ve ever had them out of 23 yrs of my life), but he makes sure you are never uncomfortable. Television/headphones are available for your use during the whole procedure/treatment. I wish I had Dr Sagopio as my dentist sooner!

From my first visit it was a great feeling, the front desk is very pleasant and they will treat you a very utmost respect. Then Dr Sapigao gave me the most comfortable procedure that I’ve ever had. All the staffs are very nice and respectful. Thats why the process are so smooth and well taken care off. I recently went to Diamond Star Dental for a bunch of procedures—fillings, a new crown, periodontal cleaning, and a regular cleaning. Dr. Jayjay Sapigao was incredibly skilled and gentle. Despite all the work, I was comfortable the whole time. They have TVs and headphones, which made the time fly by. Had a great experience at Diamond Star Dental for some comprehensive work. Dr. Jayjay Sapigao was skilled and gentle.
