This is about my appointment on January 12th at 3 PM. Got there at 2:45 but wasn't seen until 3:40. The dentist said I needed a filling and agreed to do it, then said instruments weren't clean and I'd have to wait 30 minutes or reschedule. This happened before too—first visit in February 2025 I waited 2.5 hours. Really frustrating.

Been coming here for almost 2 years now. Miranda, the dental hygienist, gives super thorough cleanings every time. I also like the new female doctor—she's really friendly. The other older male doctor didn't even introduce himself the one time I saw him, not sure if he's still around. Overall, good care for cleanings and such in Fort Gordon.

Miranda is amazing! Had another appointment on 11/20/25. The dentist I saw was the best I've ever had—I'm not scared to go anymore! Can't remember her name but she was awesome. Everyone is so sweet. We have a dentist in Wrens but she had to redo everything he did. Such a shame, and I paid him more! For restorative dentistry, come here.

I absolutely hate that I have to write this, but I have never been so frustrated with a dental office in my life, and I feel that there are several things that need to be addressed. I will start this review by saying that the staff are all very kind people, and I am only writing this review so they know that there are areas that must be improved upon and to warn others of my situation.
I started seeing Docs Dental in early May of this year. I was told during the initial appointment that I would need two crowns and a filling, which was fine with me. I have dental anxiety, and I have not kept up with going to the dentist in the past, so I went in knowing I would need some work. The first filling and crown were fine. The only issues I had at this point were the long wait times, but I tried to just go the course. However, the second crown is where the problems escalated quite a bit. I have had 4 different crowns made for the same tooth, and every single time there is an issue. Whether this is because of the lab or the dental office, 4 times is simply unacceptable. Having to be at the dentist multiple times per month since May has been challenging for my family. I am a stay at home mom, and we are newer to the area, so we do not have almost anyone to watch my son. To further this issue, there have been two occasions where I arranged child care (which we paid for) only to be called the day of the appointment to reschedule. I understand that issues occur in the schedule, as I worked in the medical field for years prior to having my son, but to give me notice the day of? That is extremely inconsiderate of my time and all the money I have spent both on childcare and the dental treatments. Unfortunately, I have made the decision to seek dental treatment elsewhere. I sincerely hope that this review highlights areas for improvement within the clinic. I do not have confidence in this clinic at their ability in handling complex cases like mine. If you have a more complex case, I think your time and money would be better respected elsewhere.

Had a wonderful cleaning with Miranda at Docs. Walked in a nervous mess and left feeling so much better. She's efficient, kind, and really knows how to make patients comfortable. Also taught me how to take better care of my teeth. If you need preventive care in Fort Gordon, she's your hygienist.

The front staff, and technicians are AMAZING ❤️.. However the dentist is TERRIBLE. Extremely judgemental, openly talks about, shames and judges her patients. Made my 16 year old daughter CRY after making remarks to the point she doesn’t want to go back. I initially made apts for myself and two teenage daughters and we all ended up not wanting to return based on the dentist bedside manner alone. Threatened to not fill my daughters two in between cavities “if she didn’t learn how to floss”. Instead of acting like she is better than others, with a Holier and thou attitude should be concerned about making her patients feel comfortable and not judged for minor dental work. I was so disappointed.. as It’s convient for me as we live on post, literally 5 mins away.. but it worth the drive off post to deal with a dentist that cares about their patients and doesn’t shame them. She should take a note from her staff as they are ALL wonderful. Replace the dentist and save the office.

They were professional but personable. Made my husband and I feel comfortable with all their knowledge about dental hygiene. On 8/25/25 Miranda did my cleaning—my gums were inflamed but she was gentle and thorough. Really appreciate her. If you need family dentistry in Fort Gordon, I'd recommend them.

I’ve been going here for a little over two years and always get great service. Very affordable! The staff is friendly and professional, and they really make you feel at ease. The office is clean, appointments run smoothly, and I never feel rushed. My only suggestion would be if the front desk could start answering phones about 30 minutes before the office opens it would make scheduling even easier. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place.

Extremely dissatisfied. First visit, Dr. Dixon was an hour late with no explanation. When I finally saw her, I mentioned the wait and she just asked if I wanted to reschedule. Gave them a second chance—scheduled a cleaning at 10am, arrived 10 minutes early, but the hygienist was running behind again. Not acceptable.
