I had been searching for a veneer provider from which allows me to have the smile I want, without the compromise of having my teeth to be shaved down to achieve it. Fortunately, I came across Dr. Laleh’s practice that delivers the results I want with me being in the loop throughout the process, from the design all throughout to cementation. No teeth shaved, and a scan is all it takes during the appointment when your smile design is tried in and seen for the first time.
I chose Doctor Laleh Dental Aesthetics based on representations that I would be receiving “no-prep veneers” and that the work would be covered by a five-year warranty. I paid $24,000 for this treatment, a price significantly higher than other providers, based on those assurances.
From the beginning, I experienced discomfort and dissatisfaction. I was not meaningfully consulted regarding the size, shape, or final aesthetic outcome of the veneers, nor given an opportunity to approve the design prior to placement.
Less than two years later, I experienced a serious failure involving one of the treated teeth, resulting in visible damage and the need for urgent evaluation. I contacted the office seeking assistance under the stated warranty. My calls were not returned, and when I presented in person, I was informed that the practice would no longer treat me as a patient and that the warranty would not be honored.
I was told this decision was related to a prior credit-card inquiry, despite the fact that the full amount was retained by the practice. No corrective care or referral was offered.
I am sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions. Patients should ensure they receive clear consultations, written warranty terms, and a full understanding of follow-up care policies before proceeding with high-cost cosmetic dental treatment.
