I feel validated seeing others had the same issues. My 13-year-old has been coming here since she was two, but over the past few years things have gone downhill. Not sure if management changed, but communication has totally broken down. A few years ago they messed up an appointment and blamed us. Her most recent visit was another mess—no one told us about a balance until we showed up.

Yes, I am still in the parking lot. I called and told the receptionist my arrival time is exactly 12:10, 10 minutes after my appointment. I was told to come on in and if they can’t see all 3 of my children they’ll still see one or two. Got here and they couldn’t see ANYONE!!! If there’s a grace period then use it, after having a C-section and could barely walk to be told they can’t see any of my children after being on the phone with someone a couple minutes ago is crazy!!! To another dentist they go, I am LIVID !!!! My 5 children will most definitely be seen somewhere else!!!!
They should be proud of this business. I wish every medical office ran as welcoming, efficient, and accommodating as this one. Even at half the quality, it'd be great. They could teach a class on how to run an office. Give the office manager a raise! I've been here four times this year with three kids, so I've seen how well it runs.

Changed from 5 stars to 1. Our experience started great—hygienists and dentists have always been professional. But recent front desk interactions have been extremely disappointing. My son had an appointment today; my mother brought him and was told there was an outstanding balance. When I called, they said an invoice was given to his grandmother in July, which simply isn't true.

The Chatham county health department recommended Dogwood to us since my toddler was showing signs of dental anxiety. When I called to make an appointment, the staff were super friendly. We came in yesterday morning and I got a little confused finding the suite, but once we walked in, everyone was so welcoming. Check-in was a breeze and they even scheduled our next visit six months out. The office is really colorful and clean. My little guy was really nervous, but they were so patient with him, talking him through everything step by step. He actually loved it!

We'd heard nothing but great things about Dogwood, so we brought our 16-month-old in for his first dental visit. The lobby was spotless and we didn't wait long at all. Madison and Dr. Morgan were incredibly sweet and patient with him. They had a stuffed dinosaur and a giant toothbrush to make it fun, and he got to pick out toys at the end. It went way smoother than I expected. Honestly, couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Makaya(not sure how it’s spelled) told my grandson,Avery, to SHUT UP while receiving dental treatment. Mind you,this is a PEDIATRIC dentist office. I’m sure he wasn’t the first pediatric to cry. Telling a child to SHUT UP is VERBAL and EMOTIONAL abuse. The office manager,Courtney, called my daughter and was supposed to look into the incident and call her back. That never happened! Is that the type of behaviors you allow from your staff? This type of abuse is reportable. I will be waiting to hear back from upper management concerning this since the office manager felt it wasn’t sufficient enough to look into and handle. My grandson just left another appointment and pointed Makayla out to my daughter. He is 8. He is smart and mature! No child deserves to be treated that way. And obviously he is traumatized because he has not forgotten the incident. Careathia Grubbs, Registered Nurse

Professional, kind and gentle! It's hard to find a good pediatric dental experience, but this is it. Every person I met was friendly and gracious. Wait times were reasonable and the atmosphere was pleasant. The hygienists were patient and gentle with my kids. They go out of their way to create a genuine, safe environment. After years of bad dental experiences for my children, I was very impressed and thankful.

This was our first visit to Dogwood for both of my sons. We had the best experience! Our appointment was at 2:30p but they got us back a little earlier. Samantha made their visit so fun and interesting. You can tell she loves her job and she wants the kids to feel comfortable. We can’t wait for our next appointment with her in April. I cannot rave enough of how everybody was so nice and welcoming from the front desk all the way to checkout. Thank you Dogwood for giving both my sons a great experience!
Came back from a year ago to edit and add to my post about how great this practice is. We love us some Dogwood Dentistry- Savannah location!! We’ve been coming for about 4 years now from out of town, and it is well worth the almost 2 hour drive! They are absolutely beyond amazing with my daughter who now LOVES the dentist and the whole experience compared to how scared she used to be as well as certain sensory related issues. It feels like you’re right at home when you walk through their doors and I couldn’t recommend anyone more than I would Dogwood Pediatric! Thanks for being so amazing and patient with my sweet girl, she loves going to the dentist now and is still in the cavity FREE club- just waiting patiently to lose our very first tooth!! 💜🦷

We’ve been taking our kids to Dogwood Pediatric Dentistry since before they could walk. They’re now 6 & 7, and we continue to love this office! The staff is friendly, accommodating and the dentists are quick, yet thorough! Thank you, Dr. Krista and staff, for making each and every dentist appointment a pleasant experience.
Lastly, the boys absolutely LOVED playing with Blueberry the dragon. They were able to brush Blueberry’s teeth while they got their own teeth cleaned. Great idea!
