I recently took my elderly Mom for dental work to Downbeach Dental. Dr Berritone took the time to make sure she was comfortable, not scared, understood exactly what he was doing and kept checking with her as the procedure progressed to make sure she was ok. Her aftercare was thoroughly explained to us both and she had expressed that it was such a great experience that she is looking forward to going back. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, hospitality and professionalism were top notch. Today was my first visit with Dr. Berretone and he was amazing. As soon as you walk in you can feel the warm, welcoming environment. Everyone of his staff, at the office was so kind, patient, and friendly. It felt so intimate. The waiting room was decorated so nicely. Dr. Berretone came out to the waiting room to introduce himself personally to me, which was a nice touch. You can definitely tell he cares about his patients and building a great rapport with them. I was so amazed at the fact that Dr. Berretone does the cleanings himself, that was a great experience and best cleaning I ever had. He did so amazing, was very knowledgeable, took his time with me and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I definitely trust him and his expertise. I am such a nervous patient but I was so at ease from the moment I walked in. I currently switched my whole family over to his practice, including my child and it’s so great to know that he also accepts pediatric patients because I have had the worst experience with my daughters dental care after my visit I know my whole family will be in good hands, I wish I was a kid again because the prize they get at the end of their visits. *mind blown* lol he is really truly the best and the reviews speak for themselves. As a nurse myself, Dr. Berretone exceeds my high expectations lol. Thank goodness for Google because I’m so grateful to have found a new long term dentist.

Our experience with Dr. Berretone has been excellent. He helped my mom thru some extensive dental work. And when I was having some tooth sensitivity, he solved my problem simply rather than with some expensive treatment that was not needed. He is extremely personable and friendly! Dr. Berretone is the man! For years, I dreaded the dentist. I didn't go for almost a decade after being traumatized by an overzealous cleaner who bloodied me up something fierce.

Dr. Berretone and his staff are such kind people. He's a big hoops fan. He used to be a DJ. He works with his wife, which is really sweet. And they are totally cute together. The vibes are immaculate. And that means something in this world. My kids enjoy the experience as well.
