Had a dental emergency and called his office with no answer. Called his emergency number and he didn't answer until my second call hours later. When I started describing the pain, he cut me off saying 'I don't have time for this, I'm on vacation' and hung up without a referral. Felt like patient abandonment. Filed a formal complaint.

Went for a cleaning and asked about the current cleaning method because it felt painful. The dentist got upset and asked if I was bleeding. I said, 'you're looking with a flood light, can't you see?' He told me to change my attitude and almost had a meltdown. His brother did the cleaning. He lectured me about how long he's been doing cleanings. Place smells like old carpet. Won't go back.
