Went in for an x-ray and exam the day before, then the actual wisdom teeth removal was super quick. I got a bit anxious during the procedure, but Dr. Krinker was so patient and caring the whole time. Dr. Krinker explains everything she's doing in a way I can actually understand. She's amazing with injections - never feel any pain and always comfortable. The office is super clean and up-to-date with all the latest dental technology here in Brooklyn. They follow all the COVID protocols perfectly too. The receptionist was actually friendly and polite (which honestly feels rare in Brooklyn sometimes!). Dr. Krinker is amazing - extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and has a great bedside manner. Her assistant was really good too, though I didn't catch her name. Found my permanent dentist in Brooklyn for sure.

As soon as you walk in Carolina's smile alone makes you feel welcomed and at ease. We arrived early because of our transportation fully prepared to wait until our scheduled appointment. Carolina was gracious and apologetic for not being able to accommodate us earlier than our scheduled appointment. Who does that ??? 10 stars for that alone !
They offered us coffee, tea and cookies which we helped ourselves to .
Dr. Diane and her staff were very patient and accommodating to our needs as my brother is wheelchair bound and I phoned my mom who had a lot of questions to ask the Doctor. A lot !
Dr .Diana help to calm my brothers nerves and even had him laughing during his cleaning .
Dr. Diana made sure we left fully aware of the needs that were required and in order of importance. Carolina swiftly took care of our scripts as they were ready when we got to our neighborhood. We left wide eyed and renewed, it was nice to experience this level of customer service. We definitely recommend to everyone & look forward to our next visit !!
5/5/18: Dr. Diana Krinker is the most excellent dentist; she and the entire staff make you feel warm and welcomed and safe when you arrive in their modern, very clean and well-kept office. Before Omni Dental, I was afraid of going to the dentist and hated the experience each time. I was the worst patient and even demanded "laughing gas" before each cleaning. The first time I met her she gave me her promise that all would be ok and that I would not need "gas" to get through it. Trusting her and Omni is one of the best decisions I ever made. My husband and I still go to Omni for all of our dental needs. Omni is so great that we travel 30 minutes each way to and from their offices and pass up other dentist on the way; that alone should tell you something great about Omni!!

Dr. Krinker and Dr. Borshch have the best dentist's office I've ever been to! From their professionalism to their individualized care, I am so happy to give their practice 5 stars.. Their staff are all extremely knowledgeable and hospitable making your experience pleasant and worry free. Additionally, doctors takes the time to get to know their patients and establish a friendship.
That aside, they genuinely do an excellent job at the office; from cleanings to cavity fillings to X-rays, I've never left their office feeling unsatisfied. Highly recommend!
