Honestly, I was a new patient and they actually took me earlier than expected, which was awesome. This was hands down the best dental visit I've ever had in Staten Island. From the moment I walked in, the whole vibe was just so welcoming. The office decor is really interesting and unique, and the front desk staff were super friendly and polite. One lady there was especially kind-hearted, though I didn't catch her name. Everything about the experience was great, especially for someone looking for cosmetic dentistry in NY.

What an amazing, clean, and professional office in Staten Island. Everyone from the office staff to the dental assistants, even other patients, was just pleasant. Dr. Kind was my attending dentist, and she's extremely professional and informative throughout the whole procedure. She's also a very kind woman and a true expert in her field. My appointments are always on time, which I really appreciate. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone in NY needing endo services like root canal therapy.

I made an appointment as a new patient here in Staten Island because a friend highly recommended it, but it didn't work out. Had a 10:30 appointment, got there at 10:20, and the dentist wasn't in yet—the first client hadn't even been taken. I like my appointments to be on time, so this obviously wasn't gonna work for me. Sorry, but no one seemed to care, and the receptionist was really fresh to an older man who complained about waiting. Not a great start for someone looking for dental care in NY.

My dental visit was a positive experience👍 Ariana, my hygienist, was great ! 😃 The 3Ps' apply- prepared, professional, personable. To improve the experience , if I may, I might incorporate a ' visual ' ...w more friendly smiling of staff members 😊 and prhps , pipe-in an 'auditory', w some traditional low "dentist music" to calm neural pathways?...jst a thought🤔

Office is clean with modern artsy decor, and the bathroom was spotless too. Staff were friendly and courteous from the front desk on out. Marie the hygienist is sweet and does a great cleaning. Doctors greet you with a pleasant smile. Location in Staten Island is convenient with parking, which is awesome for anyone in NY needing pediatric dentistry or other dental services.

I had a very disappointing experience with Weisenfeld DDS.
The first time, they told me the hygienist was sick, and I understood and rescheduled. But then it happened again — same reason, “the hygienist is sick.” When I called to ask how they assign hygienists to patients, a staff member named Minnie told me that the hygienist “changes every time” and that they don’t actually assign a hygienist when booking appointments.
I then asked what their criteria are for canceling someone’s appointment, and she couldn’t give me an answer. Instead, she said, “there are people who got their appointments canceled more than you.” Really? That’s something to be proud of?
This place clearly lacks proper management and consistency. They randomly pick whose appointments to cancel. And it's always me. Is it because I'm Asian? They have 4 hygienists and one is out. It happened to pick me every time. Whether it’s bias, disorganization, or something else, it’s simply unacceptable. They need to treat all patients fairly and manage their schedule professionally.

Came in as an emergency.. a horrible tooth ache and infection.. Dr. Siu was outstanding. He was informative he listened and was kind. I have seen many doctors in this practice been a patient for over 30 years. The staff was also very helpful and nice. I appreciate everything the practice did for me that day.
The office is immaculate, the staff; soooo nice! I felt so comfortable there! They took so much time with me examining every tooth, taking extra time on making sure I left happy and satisfied! I’m so pleased with my new dentist office and can’t wait to develop a further relationship with these people! My teeth felt sooo clean after!
