Honestly, I had a really frustrating experience here. I was left waiting in the exam chair for way too long with a bib on, and when the dentist finally came in, she barely spoke to me. Just gave a treatment plan to her hygienist and left. Then I tried to get my X-rays to send to another office, but they never answered my calls or emails. I had to drive there in person just to get them. Not what I expected from a dentist in Albany, NY.

I helped my cousin set up an appointment here since they were the only ones with quick availability. Now I get why. The building is old and confusing to navigate, like a maze. The office itself felt outdated. My cousin ended up going elsewhere. Not a great first impression for someone new to Albany, NY.

This place is a nightmare. Dr. Elkordy extracted all of my mother's teeth just for the money. My mom is now miserable with dentures, even though her teeth could have been saved for years. I regret going there every single day. Please, save yourself the pain.

Total waste of time. I had a chipped front tooth that was fixed with a composite filling years ago in NYC. Dr. Elkordy refused to even work on it, saying it was 'a waste of her time and my time.' She didn't even ask about its history. Then she said she 'didn't want her name on it.' Unbelievable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. So unprofessional and lacks concern for patients. She made rude remarks about my teeth, saying I'm young with a pretty face but my oral hygiene isn't it. Like, I came for help! First and last visit. Complete waste of time.

Dr was an Artist! She gave me the most comfortable Dentures in my life and I've had a few. The teeth were so real looking. The staff a well oiled machine. It has been so long since I met a great Dentist and she is 5 star!
What a joke. They scheduled me for an appointment, gave me a quick, crappy cleaning, and said to come back because of an emergency. I came back two weeks later and the door was locked! I'm disabled and this was a huge waste of my time. Find somewhere else for real dental care.

So because
I call and gave my opinion on how unprofessional the practice is I was told that the dentist won’t see me anymore. After she broke my tooth off in a crown and glue me up and told me she is going to her country so I have to wait 2 month then to find out she have to have me a referral for a oral surgeon to remove the tooth she broke and after all that I still continue with her practice for her to gave me a partial 1 week after the dentist told me to come it to pick up my partial he assistant told me the office is close for the rest of the week and because I vented on the phone and stated that this is not right what the dentist is doing to me she didn’t even have to gut to call and say she is not taking me back
Really liked this dentist. Very kind, dare I say sweet, manner about her which is a BIG upgrade from my other guy who jerked my head from side to side. In and out in 15mins. Good location with parking. Good find for anyone working in the Capital Region
I've been here twice for check-ups and both were great. Got seen quicker than expected as a new patient. They accept Delta Dental and Medicaid, which worked for me and my partner. Staff is nice and patient, and Dr. Elkordy is friendly and efficient. Made sure we got the treatments we needed. Solid dentist in Albany, NY.

This place deserves zero stars. First visit, I waited two hours to be seen, and the dentist didn't even introduce herself. She cleaned my teeth while talking about another patient over my head. So unprofessional. I shouldn't have come back, but I did, and it was worse. Avoid.

I've been to a few dentists but Dr El Kordy is the best. Great dentist. Professional. Pleasant secretary all comfortable waiting area. Dr. Elkordy is great listener and pleasant too.
Been coming here for four years and never disappointed. Staff is professional, communicates well, and really cares. If you have dental anxiety, they make you feel at ease. Dr. Elkordy explains everything and gives tips on better oral care. So grateful for this dentist in Albany!

Dr. Elkordy was my dentist for about two years before I retired and began seeing a dentist more local to me. She is a wonderful, intuitive, and caring person who just may be the best at setting crowns comfortably in my experience. I miss her, and wish her all the best!
Dr. Elkordy is kind, professional and very thorough. She takes several Medicaid plans and has seen my entire family now. My daughter saw her after a significant fall that damaged her front teeth. Dr. Elkordy explained the healing process and various treatment options. Her staff is very efficient and friendly. Her office is in a beautiful old house on Madison Ave. I use a power wheelchair and although it is difficult to navigate, there is ample parking and a ramp in the back. The staff does everything they can to accommodate you during your visit. She uses ultrasonic teeth cleaning equipment and does the x-rays, check up, cleaning and any treatment recommendations all in one visit. Very thorough. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone needing cosmetic or general dentistry work done. She speaks Arabic, Spanish and English.
Would never recommend. Dentist is unprofessional. Would rather argue with the patient. Not efficient of taking appts and the reasoning.. they just automatically assume you need to have your teeth cleaned. then don’t care if the patients time was wasted due to having incorrect appt. Bedside manner is seriously lacking. it’s unfortunate because they’re one of the few dentist that take fidelis.. But has zero regard for their patients. Doesn’t like if you state how you feel about practices. Beware!
10 out of 10. Amazing staff, amazing service I won't go anywhere else. This team really cares about their patients. If you need a new dentist you have to give them a try.
