Been coming here since the mid 90s, and they've taken care of my whole family. Had a bridge done over 25 years ago, and it's still going strong. Even after moving to Texas, I make a point to visit when I'm back in Villa Park. The staff and Dr. Mirza always treat me like family. What I really appreciate is they only recommend what's actually needed—never felt pressured into extra procedures. Patient care is definitely their top priority. I'll keep coming back for my dental needs.

They started dental work on me even though my insurance referral had expired. Then they stopped returning my calls after saying they'd continue with the crowns once an extension was approved. They keep lying, giving me dates to call for an appointment. Do not recommend.

Honestly, I never write reviews but felt I had to after this experience. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and specifically requested sedation because I get super anxious with just numbing shots. My mom even called the morning of to confirm, and they said it was all set. But when I got there and sat in the chair, I asked again, and the dentist looked at me like I was crazy. He said they talked about it but never thought I'd actually want it. So frustrating.

Please stay away from this place. They're butchers, not doctors. They lie and tell you what you want to hear. I had two crowns done, and I told the dentist the left one didn't feel right. She just ground it down and insisted it was perfect, even though I could feel a hole. She said if anything happened, she'd replace it for free. 18 months later, I went to another dentist in Villa Park who found the crown was poorly done. Now I need a root canal and a new crown.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I want the office to know. I've been coming here since last year, and every time I have an appointment, the wait is 1 to 1.5 hours. They need to schedule based on dentist availability. I have a full-time job and use my health insurance from work. I can't spend 3-4 hours just for a regular cleaning. Today I took two hours off but sat for 35 minutes and knew it wouldn't be enough.

I booked an appointment three weeks in advance at the Dental Care Center Villa Park. Got a confirmation, but when I arrived, they acted like I was a stranger. They said they had no record of my appointment and later revealed the dentist was out sick. No one bothered to inform or reschedule me. Just told me to call again. Complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

I had an appointment Aug 8, 2023 they call to reschedule to Aug 10, because doctor wasn’t available. Now I live downtown this office is in Lombard. I make the appointment ..I was scheduled for a cleaning. I get there they say sorry I can’t get my teeth clean its to soon my insurance won’t cover it . They didn’t try to accommodate for my inconveniences. I left messages for manger to contact me no response. Someone drop the ball. 🤷🏽♀️
Always overbooked and make you wait atleast an hour!!! Had the worst experience everytime I went!! They make you sit for literally 80 mins before the dentist even comes to you! And oh no privacy either! If you ask them oh I have been waiting forever they’ll just tell you oh the Dr. will be with you shortly.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Most awful, unprofessional, terrible place. They overbook, discuss other patients in front of you, and don't know how to treat people. Always a runaround. I had a root canal two years ago with Dr. Kaur, and I kept getting infections. She never said anything. I switched dentists, and my X-rays showed Dr. Rahul did it wrong. Now I have to get it redone. Do not go there.

DONT GO HERE!!! The receptionist are rude and the dentist are incompetent! I went to another dentist and learned that I had infections and my dental work was not completed. They are quick to charge you and quick to make you sign up for a credit card, but incompetent enough to do dental work.
I've been coming here for years for biannual cleanings and check-ups. Usually, they're thorough. But this time, Dr. Sarah barely cleaned my teeth and said I needed a "deep cleaning." I've never been offered that before, and Dr. Mirza and his colleagues always did a great job with regular cleanings. It felt like she just wanted to bill for a more expensive procedure. Would not recommend being seen by her.

I went in for an appointment with Dr. Sarah Qazi due to severe pain in my wisdom tooth and the assistant took my X-rays. Dr. Sarah came in and did not even take a look at my teeth. She went straight to the screen and said I need a tooth extraction. She asked me if I wanted to get it done right then and there. Obviously I was not ready for it. She booked me an appointment and said “thanks for coming”, I left without any pre-procedure instructions and preparation tips. Absolutely unprofessional and an unethical experience with DR. Sarah qazi.
I came to my wisdom tooth extraction appointment with no knowledge of anything and the doctor there seemed like I was supposed to know the whole procedure. I sat down and started having anxiety and they did not offer me laughing gas or general anesthesia which I doubt they had either one.(they did give me the shots to numb the area)
It’s day 4 now after my extraction and I’m still bleeding with barely any healing. They did not offer me any antibiotics, a post extraction mouthwash or a saline rinse with a syringe (which most places do BTW). All they prescribed was damn ibuprofen.
Overall worst experience and never going back there again.
I have had horrible experiences in the past with other dentists however Dr. Muzaffar was AMAZING when I had a cracked wisdom tooth that was so painful. Polite, took his time with me while at the same time getting the job done extremely quick. Best part was it was soooo cheap! I walked out of there and immediately had relief. It healed up quickly and I had no pain or discomfort at all after my visit! Highly recommend.
This place is awful. The doctors always rush and don't communicate. You get a different story from the dentist and receptionist every time. The front desk girls are rude and unhelpful. Every time I call for a procedure like a crown, I get a different story, put on hold, and hung up on. I've also brought my two kids here for cleanings, and we were there forever. Disgusted.

The doctor he has always been great. However, the "office manager" is the most rude, untrained, pathetic excuse for an example of customer service and a disgrace to this establishment. Im shocked by the attitude she is allowed to work with in this place. As for the other girls up front, none of them have any idea what they are doing. There is always some kind of insurance problem, appointment problem, extended wait time, hidden cost, it is ALWAYS something... such as shame.
My first impression was that its a Very clean and professional place. My first wisdom tooth extraction was very nervous but dental hygenist made me feel so comfortable. I was called quickly for xrays and then Dr. Mirza pulled my wisdom tooth out in 5 minutes. He Made sure i was numbed enough to not feel anything. & i certainly didnt! I was shocked! Will definitely be coming back for any future work!
Simply rushed and unprofessional service. They messed up my crown and every dentist/orthodontist I go to is left in disbelief when they see how horribly placed it is. Stick to dentists that will actually give you the time of day rather than stopping by for 2 minutes tops and communicating next to nothing. Decent-looking office though?
So when I got there the sign said walk ins are welcome, and when I walked in they said they weren’t taking any patients. I explained to them how my daughters mouth was swollen and they still did not care. The receptionist asked the doctor and he said he will see my daughter. I told them I was a new patient and they got all mad and gave me attitude and ran to the doctor to not accept her. Do not go there they are very unprofessional and very rude. My daughter was in really bad pain. I would not recommend this place at all
I've been to this clinic twice. First time was for a wisdom tooth removal, which went smoothly. Only complaint was the nearly 2-hour wait despite having an appointment. Second time was for a cleaning, and the wait was only about 20 minutes. The staff were courteous and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who asks.

I love this place. I was nervous at first due to past experiences at other places. I brought my two little kids here for a check up they were terrified they were screaming and crying. 10 min later i had 4 dentists calm them down and my kids didt want to leave! I also had a root canal done here omg pain free and amazing work they did i highly recommend!
