Honestly, this was so frustrating. I was told my son's appointment at Dr. Lovecchio's office in Roanoke, VA was at 11, but it was actually at 10:45. I kept him home from school and didn't let him eat all day for his dental work. When I called to say I'd be 3 minutes late, they said I was 18 minutes late due to a 15-minute grace period and had to reschedule for 3 months out. I hung up, and months later when I called back to reschedule his emergency dental care, they said they put a 'do not see' on his record because I hung up. Now he can't get his teeth fixed.

Was super skeptical after hearing different stories, but the staff and doctor at Dr. Lovecchio's in Roanoke were great. No issues at all. My son had surgery today, and you can't even tell—he's been himself with no pain or complaints. She was very thorough, took her time answering all our questions about the procedure. Don't think I have enough time to say how wonderful this place is! Excellent staff at this Roanoke dentist! They use high-tech equipment. Both my high-anxiety kids came in nervous and left excited and comfortable. They're very booked, so being seen right away isn't likely. My son wasn't comfortable with the butterfly X-rays, and the tech stopped for his comfort. Great place for dental care in VA.

My son stopped going years ago because they referred us to someone else and told us we could not come back until several years later which I found odd. On top of that they gave him the wrong amount of laughing gas for a procedure which made him sick yet the staff acted like it was nothing and tried to hide the fact from me. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly but not the staff in the back.
We always have the best care at Dr. Loves! The staff is always kind and caring,going the extra mile to insure the well-being of your child. They're smile gives them confidence to succeed in all they do,from play to school and beyond. Dr. Love is kind ,caring and is the Best you could ask for!

Only had one visit so far to Dr. Lovecchio's in Roanoke, but everyone was so nice and polite! My kids were wild from the long drive, but they handled them with a smile. Dr. Love was wonderful, explaining the steps for their dental care. Really think we're gonna like it here in VA!

All 3 of my children have seen Dr. Love in Roanoke, and we love it here. My oldest is 17 and started as a little guy—he's autistic, and another parent recommended this place years ago. Now with a 6-year-old daughter and 4-year-old autistic son, I wouldn't go anywhere else for sedation appointments. Staff is always friendly. Wish Dr. Love did cleanings too! The staff is great, very nice, very accommodating. They work with all children. We have an a special needs child " austism " and we are so excited to get her cared for. They informed us of the process they use and we could not be more excited to find them and have them treat our child.
I absolutely love Miss Peggy she is wonderful! Although my son has gone through some major changes through the years with her, from being scared to being okay and thinking it was cool, too having a panic attack and not knowing why. They worked with me to get him taken care of even while dealing with a stressed out dad cause we had to leave him and me hating myself for having to watch my baby cry knowing he didn't like being strapped down and half out of it. I know its what has to be done. The staff and nurses is all so friendly and kind. Thank y'all so much!
Dr Love and her staff provide outstanding care for my children and make them feel super comfortable. The communication while my child is in the back is amazing, they make sure to give me updates and explain the process to where it’s understandable. I highly recommend this place!
I was completely shocked with how nice and inviting everyone was. They really make sure to give their full attention and make you feel like no question is a dumb question. They go above and beyond to make not only your child comfortable but the parents/gardians as well! They do everything they can to make sure you understand exactly what will be happening at the appointment! I truly LOVE this dentist office! By far the BEST!
Love everything about this place in Roanoke! My daughter's been a patient for 3 years with no bad experiences. The workers are always pleasant. Dr. Love is caring, knowledgeable, and puts my daughter's needs first. We drive 45 minutes just to come here, and they always get us in promptly with minimal wait. A great dentist in VA.
