I left my dental appointment feeling uncomfortable and unhappy. The female staff members were polite and helpful, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, my experience with the doctor was disappointing. Her manner came across as rude, and I did not feel respected as a patient. My daughter felt the same way—she also found the doctor to be impatient and rude during her visit. This made the experience even more concerning for us. It was especially noticeable because I overheard the doctor speaking to another patient, who seemed to be someone she knew, in a much friendlier and more respectful way. The difference in tone and attitude was very clear. I have never experienced this kind of service or such unprofessional behavior from a doctor before, especially during a medical visit. As a patients, we expected to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and it left us with a negative impression. We have since found another dentist in Chinatown where we feel comfortable and treated with respect, without any attitude.

Honestly, I'm pretty upset about what happened at Dr. Trish Liang's dental office in New York. Took my daughter there since she's on Medicaid and they're supposed to be in network. The dentist told us Medicaid only covers cleaning and X-rays here in NYC, and everything else would be out of pocket. Nobody mentioned that when we called to book the appointment! They waited until the cleaning started to drop that news, so now my kid has to wait another 6 months to see a dentist. Feels really shady to me.

My mom had a really bad experience at this New York dental office. Dr. Liang was dismissive and seemed shady to her. She kept trying to upcharge everything even though we have insurance coverage. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone, honestly. Just a horrible way to treat patients.

Couldn't be happier with Dr. Trish Liang here in downtown NYC! She handled a root canal and gum surgery on my front teeth with such skill - barely any pain and everything done in just two weeks.
