Terrible experience with Dr. Moore in Roanoke, VA regarding my child's dental care. He filled a baby tooth that didn't need it, the filling was botched and redone, and my son ended up with a huge abscess. As a parent seeking pediatric dentistry in Virginia, this was completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this practice.

Dr. Moore and his staff in Roanoke are very kind and take great care of me and my kids. My children are super comfortable with him during their pediatric dentistry visits, which is why we stay. But honestly, the wait times are frustrating—we always wait 30+ minutes past our appointment time, sometimes up to an hour. I've watched other patients come and go while we're still waiting. They're great dentists, just wish the scheduling was better.

Hate to write this, but I need to share my experience with Dr. Moore in Roanoke. I'd seen him before for routine exams and a filling with no issues, and the office staff has always been friendly. This review is specifically about a tooth extraction in VA where his attitude and treatment were disappointing. After insurance changes, I'd been seeing another dentist, but returned for this procedure and left feeling really upset about how it was handled.
