Honestly, finding a dentist in O'Fallon, IL that actually cares about you as a person is rare, but Dr. Woody at HomeTown Dental totally gets it. Came in as a new patient and he was genuinely interested in who I am—not just my teeth! Had to get a tooth colored filling done, and it was super quick, couldn't believe how fast we were done. Not from this area originally, but I've been seeing Dr. Woody for a few years now—best dentist I've had in Illinois. He's honest and never pushes unnecessary treatments, unlike some others. One time I only waited five minutes, and he was super apologetic! When I asked about veneers, he offered to do them but reassured me I didn't need them. Really appreciate a dentist who gives sound advice.

His staff is amazing too!! I had a lot of anxiety heading in to my appt but Megan turned it all around within minutes of my arrival. Dr. Woody is amazing! I have never had such a great experience at the dentist before coming here. Everyone there is genuinely concerned for your well-being and will do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. I went in for a procedure, and Dr. Woody explained everything to me before it was done, checked in with me continuously throughout the appointment to make sure I was okay, and most importantly performed excellent dental work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
My experience at HomeTown Dental was hands down the most pleasant experience that I have ever had in dentistry! Everyone that I encountered from my initial phone call to schedule until the time I checked out were so friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and most of all so very comforting! I am so thankful for Kelly doing an amazing job cleaning my teeth and for Dr. Woody doing such a thorough check and informing me that I had a fractured tooth. My crown appointment yesterday was one that I was a little anxious and nervous about, but I was quickly comforted when I met Dr. Joe & Dawn. Dr. Joe was so gentle and they both made sure I was doing good the entire time. Not feeling the anesthesia being administered was also a huge plus!!! I highly recommend HomeTown Dental!!! Dr. Woody, Dr. Joe and their phenomenal staff all get 5 stars from me!!!!!

My family and I just moved here about a year ago and we needed to find a dentist in the area. I signed my family up to have our check ups with Dr. Woody. He was awesome! So nice, explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions, we have a 8 year old and she felt so welcome and comfortable in the chair, they have tvs for you to watch while they clean your teeth. They even let my daughter pick something out from the toy chest at the end. If your looking for an office that is very friendly and quick to answer your questions and gets you in on time, I highly recommend Hometown dental and Dr. Woody him and the whole staff are so friendly.
I'm in the dental field and my husband is retired Air Force so I have gone to several dentists throughout my adult life. Dr. Woody is, hands down, the best that I have ever gone to. He goes above and beyond! He's very professional, kind, attentive, and honest. His staff is amazing, as well! The office is extremely comfortable. I honestly hate getting cleanings but I had the most gentle cleaning today than I ever have so I no longer will be fretting them. I highly recommend this office!!
This place is amazing! So happy I switched. Dr. Woody and team are so upbeat and positive. The office really nice, new and clean. My whole family is switching because of my great experience. I had two caps replaced on my front teeth and my teeth whitened. I tried whiteners before and they did not work so well. My teeth brightened many shades brighter.
Dr Woody's office is nice and clean with modern equipment. Coffee while you wait and TV in each room is a nice touch. Dr Woody is very smart and awesome to talk to. His is personal and professional. His staff is great as well. I'm glad to have a dentist this great! Keep up the good work.
