My mom had a root canal and crown done at this place in New York, and the crown fell off after two years. When she went back, the staff insisted on taking her Medicaid info before even looking, saying they'd charge cash otherwise. After she kept asking, the dentist barely glanced, denied treating that tooth, and even pointed to a different, untreated tooth claiming it was their work. It's ridiculous—I know profit over patient care happens, but where's the professional ethics? This experience with their restorative dentistry in NY was just awful.

Had a 3:30 appointment at this place in New York, but they're never on time. They asked me to come early and kept me waiting. I'm still at work, and they're wasting my time—so angry. The lady said she'd call when available, but she didn't. I'll never go back again. Really frustrating for someone trying to fit dental checkups into a busy schedule in NY.

Finding a new dentist in New York that accepts my insurance was tough, but I finally got an appointment here after calling around. I've been twice now, and I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Zeng is with the cleanings—some other dentists don't spend as much time on each tooth. I'll keep coming back. The only downside is they're only open Monday to Friday 10-6, so I have to take time off work to visit. Overall, great for preventive care in NY.

Ask for availability for same day she said no okay bye l said wait what's the next appointment she said not until July okay bye l said can book it she said no okay bye. He was the first to explain how fillings and baby teeth work, saying it's common for fillings on baby teeth to fall off since they're softer and move. My daughter had a bad experience elsewhere and is scared of dentists, but Dr. Zeng was reassuring during her cleaning and filling. He told her what to expect every step. Terrible experience at this dental office in New York. First, the receptionist/hygienist assistant was eating pork skins while checking me in and handed me papers with the same hand. Second, none of the X-ray tools were covered in plastic—usually, they use little bags for hygiene. The office was clean but dingy and dimly lit. He rushed the cleaning in about 20 minutes and didn't offer fluoride. When done, he just told me to rinse in the sink and walked away, no napkin to wipe my face. Not what I expect from dental hygiene in NY.
