The fillings were done poorly and have caused ongoing issues that ultimately failed. Now I'm facing over $3,000 in repairs for damage from what should've been routine dental care. It's been frustrating, painful, and expensive—I trusted this place with my dental health and really regret it.

I chose this dentist based on their top rating on the Tricare website. However, I cannot speak to the quality of their dental work, as my appointment was canceled a week in advance. I received a single confirmation text on April 24th for my May 12th appointment. On May 5th, I was notified via text that my appointment had been canceled due to a lack of response to a confirmation text I never received. I immediately called the office and was informed the appointment had been given to someone else, with no option other than rescheduling. I explained that I never received the confirmation text and that poor cell reception on my military base may have contributed. While I understand the policy for unconfirmed appointments, canceling after one unanswered message seems excessive. When I mentioned I might seek care elsewhere, the assistant abruptly ended the call before I finished speaking.

Hello All. Dream Dentist is exactly what the name says, a "dream". I had to switch dentist offices when my former dentist sold her practice. I didn't feel comfortable with the incoming new staff so I had to find a new dentist office after 25 years with the same one. I equally was concerned and anxious about finding the new one. Questions like, would it be the same experience, would I be treated in the same welcoming manner, would the service be above standard and would I like the staff? The answer to all of them is a resounding "YES". They are all wonderful and above the standards I like to see. Coming in the door, you feel welcomed and like you're visiting family. Meme and CeQoria are my favorite assistant as she does her work greatly while also interacting with me... and finally the great Dr Thompson is the best dentist I've had in her servicing of me and her friendly advice. Upon entering and leaving Tabitha is always friendly and warm. The whole office has been worth the change. 10 stars to each of them. I would definitely recommend them.
