Had a toothache for days, my regular dentist wasn't available. Called my daughter's dentist and they got me in the next day. A true small business with two kind, talented dentists. They run this clinic with absolute professionalism and friendly staff. I've had two dentists retire on me, so finding Dr. Beaty and Dr. Walker was amazing—they do Invisalign too! Convenient location and hours in Federal Way, they even snuck me in early to fix a chipped tooth.

Really like Drew Beaty DDS and the friendly assistants. They take time to make you feel comfortable. My appointment was for a cleaning and possible future work, but I also liked that they offer cosmetic procedures from simple to extensive. Office and rooms were spotless. I had a great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I am very satisfied with my care. Usually I am scared of the dentist but they made it a comfortable and welcoming experience. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. They took the time to make sure I was numb and comfortable.

I’ve been going to Dr. Beaty and his team for over 7 years now and wouldn’t entertain going anywhere else. In addition to being a great dental practice, the staff there is very professional, caring and genuinely offers services that make sense versus just trying to make a quota. Excellent friendly office staff, upfront about billing. Hygienist Carrie very compassionate and attentive to my immediate need. Met with Dentist outstanding! He listened assessed my situation discussed the initial next steps for me, he is genuine, cares for his clients created an action plan for next visit(s). So impressed with DDS Beaty, made me feel important, comfortable to come back not just for me and my children also referring others whom had a hard time with other Dentists especially when it comes to detailed billing. Great dental office, my whole family has been going here for a decade. Dr Beaty is great, Dr Walker is great. Dr Walker did an especially good job recently on my 7 yo’s three fillings. Had really good bedside manners with my boy… joked with him, made him feel at ease, made everything smooth and easy.

I've been coming to this office since it was sold from the previous dentist to Dr. Beatty. I travel here despite moving from the area and having to drive two hours to have an appointment. Having a dentist you trust wasn't something I put much thought to until I began to see Dr. Beatty.
Dr. Beatty:
Honest and reliable, when I found myself with a chipped tooth a few years ago, he came in on a weekend when no one else was working and fixed my tooth. He and his staff are friendly and professional and continue to strive to put the patient first. Staff here strive to not just perform dental work but also to answer questions and explain what they are doing. Relationships are key to a successful dental experience and I honestly have ALWAYS felt valued at this office.
Office/dental environment:
The office is clean, professional and with technology that allows the patient to be much more informed about what's going on in their mouths. I couldn't ask for much more in this department.
I am generally pretty critical in reviews of medical professionals mostly because I rarely feel valued as an individual and instead I feel as though I'm a commodity that is to be rushed in and rushed out. I get NONE of that in this office.
I've been coming here for many years, I don't see that changing any time soon.
