Had an amazing customer service experience at Dundas Denture Clinic in Ontario. My elderly mom broke her dentures and couldn't make it in person for an appointment. They were able to handle emergency denture repairs super quick – fixed them within just a few hours after I dropped them off. The whole thing was great, and a huge thanks to the receptionist who was extremely helpful arranging everything so my mom didn't have to go in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area needing denture care.

If I could give a 0, I would. Recently booked an appointment for my mom at Dundas Denture Clinic in Ontario. When we first went in, they said the appointment date was wrong, so we had to wait to see if the denturist could squeeze us in. After nearly an hour, we were told he didn't have time – slightly annoying, but we tried to look past it since the receptionist was kind about her mix-up. Then today, we went for our appointment, and within the first 2 seconds, the denturist was very dismissive and couldn't handle questions or concerns. Came off as really unprofessional.

This was one of the most disrespectful businesses I've ever seen at Dundas Denture Clinic in Ontario. My mom went in for her scheduled dentures appointment. When she sat down with the doctor, they were very dismissive the whole time, seeming like they refused to listen to anything she had to say or ask. After he was rude, my mom mentioned she's on ODSP, and he then said they're not accepting patients – but they'd gladly taken her in before. Just awful behavior that doesn't deserve any stars.

Just wanted to share my experience at Dundas Denture Clinic here in Ontario. Honestly, we had a fantastic time there. The staff was super friendly right from the start and made us feel totally welcome. They really took their time explaining every step of the process for my dentures, making sure I understood all my options. Their bedside manner was just amazing – so compassionate and patient throughout the whole visit. Prices were actually really reasonable, which was a nice surprise given the quality of care. Plus, free parking on the side of the building was a great bonus! Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Fantastic staff!! My father is deaf, so with that he requires an ASL interpreter which can make booking appointments tricky. Dundas Denture Clinic always worked with me, my father and the ASL interpreters schedule to ensure he would be accommodated at each and every appointment. They always made him feel very welcome and taken care, which sometimes is not the case, as unfortunately many see his disability as an 'inconvenience'. My dad is beyond satisfied with the level of care and service he received at the clinic. Would recommend this place 1000 times over! Thank you again DDC!!!

I had a fantastic experience getting partial dentures at the Dundas Denture Clinic this June. I was happy to have options explained and see model samples of what the end result would look like, and how durable it would be. After choosing the type with a metal plate insert the next step was to take a dental mold of my teeth. This experience has improved greatly over the years from when I had braces as a teen.
Once the dentures were fitted to my mouth small adjustments were made. The denture teeth match perfectly with my own and then I practiced removing the dentures . The whole process only took about a month and now I can chew foods I haven't eaten for several months.
The dentures don't hurt , fit very well and I highly recommend this Denture Clinic to be through, professional and give you the best results available for a good price. Put your confidence in Emilio for all your Denture needs, precision and fabulous fitting for your dentures. I am so glad I came here...and you will be also!

After my implants got infected and had to be removed it required me to need a full lower denture. I did some research on denturists and decided from the reviews to make an appointment with Dr. Emilio Leuzzi. I am so glad I did. I now have bottom dentures that fit perfectly and are so comfortable to wear. The suction to my lower jaw and feel great. Dr. Leuzzi was very professional and explained everything to me step by step. I need a new upper denture in the new year and will be going back to Dr. Leuzzi. I highly recommend Dr. Leuzzi for anyone needing a denturist. Your appointments are very accommodating to your schedule as well.
Em is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all your questions and concerns as like me, we go in knowing nothing about what is taking place. He walks you through every step and prepares you for what’s next. He also monitors your gum healing and most of all listens when you say it doesn’t feel right, and fixes it. This sort of customer service is hard to find.
I highly recommend Dundas Denture clinic, you won’t be disappointed !!
