Honestly, Dr. Osama and his team at Dundas Valley Dentistry in Ontario have completely changed how I feel about dental visits. From the moment I walked in, the front desk girls were smiling and super efficient, which really set the tone. My hygienist was fantastic—we ended up chatting about travel for most of my teeth cleaning appointment, and my nurse was just as friendly. Dr. Osama himself is the best dentist I've ever had—he's so informative and caring that he's literally taken away my fear, even with some major dental work I've needed. After my longtime dentist retired, I was pretty hesitant to try someone new—especially since I've always been anxious about dental work due to sensitive teeth. Went for usual 3 month cleaning but the week before my visit i chipped a front tooth in Vienna. Got my cleaning done as per usual; very through job, expert skill level. I also got my chipped tooth repaired because Dr Osama squeezed me into his schedule later in the day becauze they knew i was leaving the country again. They understand my job can be demanding on my schedule and they work with me to get the appointments i need. Dr Osama is a 5 Star dentist as well as his crew and office team. Going anywhere else for dental seems ridiculous to me. When you have the best you stay with the best.

Both times I've been to Dundas Valley Dentistry this year have been great experiences. The staff in general are so lovely—the front desk folks are a true joy to chat with. Dr. Osama is excellent and thorough, explaining clearly where I need improvement (like with flossing) but doing it with such understanding and kindness that I actually started flossing regularly. That's a big deal for me! Grateful to have found such a caring dentist in the Dundas area.

After a bad experience with my previous dentist, I was really nervous searching for a new one in Ontario. Dr. Osama and his team at Dundas Valley Dentistry totally turned things around for me! I went in for a cleaning, and it was amazing—the hygienist was very gentle, and Dr. Osama took his time to explain everything clearly, even using digital scans of my teeth. The front desk team was welcoming too, making the whole visit great. Left with my teeth feeling super clean and fresh, no pain at all. Highly recommend this clinic in Dundas!

Was looking for a new dentist for my family in Ontario, and we gave Dundas Valley Dentistry a shot—so glad we did! They were great with my young kids, which was my biggest concern. They taught them proper brushing techniques and really made them feel at ease during their pediatric dentistry visits. My son even asked if we could go back the next day, which says a lot! Dr. Osama is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. I was dealing with serious pain and had seen multiple dentists with no answers. Dr. Osama took the time to thoroughly assess my situation, explained everything clearly, and most importantly, he fixed the problem😌!

After I got out of the army I had major complications with my oral health and no where to turn. I called Dundas valley dentistry and talked to Sarah. Within a couple hours not only did she fit me and accommodate me into what I could only imagine was a busy schedule but when I got there the staff were professional and knowledgeable about the problems that had been very obviously over looked for years. This is the only dentistry practice anyone should ever consider. Thank you Sarah and your team for everything!!

Great Dental Practice, main doctor is a sharp guy. He does feel like he is rushing but does good work. The rushed feeling could be seen as a negative but I don't really worry too much as the results are quite good. He was away for my recent visits and has dentists filling in and they have been quite good each visit.
I highly recommend Dr. Shankman at Dundas Valley Dentistry.He is very gentle and I have NEVER had any pain.
Their hygienist is very thorough and gentle.
The staff at the front desk are very welcoming. I have ALWAYS had a pleasant visit.

Dr. Shankman took me on as an emergency case. My situation was a little more complicated then anticipated. But him and his team were very patient and gracious with me, squeezing me in to make things work out. I am forever grateful....and I can't forget this little guy who greets me everytime
