I had an emergency where I broke a tooth over the weekend. Dr Bagai was able to see me on Saturday and together we developed an Action Plan for addressing the situation. I made an appointment with a periodontist recommended by Dr Bagai who then contacted the periodontist to explain my situation. Together they discussed the Plan we had agreed to and so when I show up for my periodontist appointment he will be aware of what needs to be done. Dr Bagai’s care and follow through has given me peace of mind and assurance that the correct dental care will be provided.

Everyone was great. They listened, gave advice and tips on teeth care. Showed me how to use a water pic. The doctor explained what she was doing as she took care of my teeth. They were calm and I was calm throughout. I highly recommend!

First time at this dental clinic in Warrenville, IL and I'm seriously impressed! Dr. Bagai is a great dentist. Went in for a tooth filling in the back that my old dentist wouldn't do due to my limited mouth opening—they said to find someone who does IV sedation. Took over 6 months until I found DuPage Dental Smiles online. Dr. Bagai accepted the challenge and was honest about costs. So glad I found this place for sedation dentistry.

I was a little nervous going to the dentist during a pandemic, but the safety protocols put in place to protect both the staff and the patients made me feel comfortable. As always, it was as pleasant an experience as a trip to the dentist could be. Dr. Bagai and his staff are highly competent professionals.
Update: it has been a few years since I wrote this and I am even more pleased with DuPage Dental Smiles. I had a cleaning today and was experiencing tooth sensitivity. The hygienist put my comfort over time constraints and filled the water jet with warm water and put some numbing gel on my teeth to make me comfortable. Every effort is always made to make patients feel at ease and pain free.

We love Dr Bagai! He takes the time to get to know his patients. He’s great with adults and with our child. He doesn’t do unnecessary work and always tells us what he’s watching on certain teeth so we know what to keep an eye out for. Before doing any work he discusses it with you first so you know what to expect and have an opportunity to ask questions. His staff is also great and very welcoming. If you need a dentist, go see Dr Bagai!

Dr. Bagai provided an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Dr. Bagai took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was and the “why behind the what”.
Kristine did a wonderful job with the x-rays and cleaning the best hygienist I had experienced professional and highly skilled.
I received the great news that I don’t have any cavities and nothing else is required at this time contrary to my previous dentist who told me I have periodontal disease and need deep cleaning every 3 months that was over $2000.
