The only complaint I have is that they run behind. I guess that is understandable to some degree. The only other thing is the doctor didn’t call in prescription like he said and I had to go out of my way to pick it up.

Absolute worst dentist office I've ever been to in Winfield. Had the same dentist for years who retired, and when the practice sold, the current owners seem unprofessional and rude. Got charged a $60 cancellation fee after they changed my appointment that was booked months ago, then I couldn't make the new time. Why not stick to original schedules instead of billing customers like this?

After my previous dentist of 35 plus years retired, I wasn't sure where to go, until he referred me to Dr Shareef at DuPage Family Dental. I'm very satistied and confident with the work I've had done. They are very thorough. The staff is great, and very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Staff was efficient with one minor exception at the desk, but that did not impact my rating. I had no pain and was well informed ahead of, during, and post procedures. Excellent work by the doctor and his assistants.

The practice was really accommodating. My temporary crown fell out over the weekend and they were willing to fit
me in on Monday 4-22-25. DIDI AND MARISELA were VERY FRIENDLY.
On 4-27-25 went back for my permanent crown. Again my visit went great. The Dr was great and took the time to give advice on partial dentures when I asked him if it was possible to fill in my missing teeth.
