I had my Botox done at this office, and it was a phenomenal experience! Dr Ghori is so gentle with administering, and she walks you through each step of the process. She never hesitates to answer any questions and has a very relaxed, professional demeanor. If you want great results with your Botox - I highly suggest and recommend visiting her!

Sarah was very calm and supportive of my daughter as this was her first time at this dental office.They really took time to make her feel comfortable and at ease. Her last experience at a dentist office was awful but DuPont Family Dentist really made my daughter want to go to the dentist again! Sarah took the time to show her all the tools she was going to use before using them and let her touch and see how they worked. My daughter had a very great experience and as a parent of a child with autism, this made my heart happy to know how well they took care of my daughter. Thank you Sarah and Dr Diehl, you both made her feel welcome and calm the whole time, and I really appreciate you for caring so much!

I'm someone who was pretty self conscious about my teeth, coming from the rural north that didn't have much dental access. At no point did I feel ashamed and the staff guided me along kindly on how to set up a road map to get my smile back to civilized. The pricing was reasonable, emergency extraction plus all the care costing less than $800.
I cannot emphasize enough the level of professionalism, understanding and care that I experienced here. I'd rate it higher if I could!

I had a wonderful experience at DuPont Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They explained everything I needed clearly and honestly, without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured. As someone who is afraid of the dentist, I really appreciated being offered a menu of comfort items to help ease my anxiety—it made such a difference and helped me feel truly cared for. They were also incredibly understanding of my sensitivity to certain oral care products and addressed my concerns without any judgment at all. I called today to make an appt for my family. We would be new patients at this dentistry. I gave the receptionist my insurance information and set up an appt. I told her my kids have never had cavities. She says to me “yeah, you may get in here and it’ll be like “well, actually…..’”……….that made me feel uncomfortable like they look for a reason to find something to bill you! That inclined me to ask if my insurance was in network! Can’t believe she told me NO. If I hadn’t have asked I would be going here without knowing my dental insurance is not in network and I would be getting slammed with the bill!!! This place seems to only care about money. I shouldn’t have to ask……a good practice of business would have offered that information. Beware of this place and make sure you ask. In fact she told me their office is NOT in network with MOST INSURANCES!!
Dr. Diehl and his entire staff are all amazing. They have made my experience with them enjoyable and stressfree. They always want to make sure that you’re comfortable and take the time to explain things in great detail to make sure you feel comfortable with whatever procedure you’re having done. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a competent and friendly professional Dentist.

Wonderful experience. The staff were so amazing with our little one who was nervous for her first time visit. They were so accommodating to make sure she felt safe and also made it fun. She Reviewed with me my previous appointments and medications. Then cleaned my teeth with care and complementing me on how I care for my teeth. The appointment was completed in less than 1 hour. I continue to be impressed with DuPont Family Dentistry!

They actually texted and asked if I would be able to come in any earlier today and I came in 30 minutes early and that worked great. Sarah was my dental hygienist. She is totally awesome!

At Dupont family Dentistry I got the surprise of my life. What great friends all of them turned out to be. Have never been around so many young ladies yes doing all in line of duty. Hey this old man was surprised and loved all the attention oh so many. The Doctor was there from stsrt. His name David Diehl DDS. go in next week to finish what they started today
