Beautiful building with a really nice interior design. Staff is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. The doc. is great, He's educate you ,explaining all steps and have a great sense of humor. Because of previous experiences, I used to be terrified from a dentist ,but Now I look forward to visit them as I need to..

We love Durand Dental in Hamilton. From walking in to leaving, you always feel welcome—the vibe is warm, positive, and professional, with a very clean clinic. Staff know us by name, and Michelle is our go-to for cleanings for the whole family, including our 3-year-old. She's always pleasant and gentle. Thankfully we haven't needed much dental work, but Dr. Dim has been great too. Years of lovely family dental care here in Ontario!

This is honestly the best dental office I have ever gone to and that is from someone who came from a dentist in Toronto who won Now Magaizine's best dentist for that city several years in a row. The receptionists, hygienists, dentist all top notch using the latest technology but also they ensure you feel taken care of. And best of all they are so nice. Oh, and the building is gorgeous old Hamilton. So great.

I have had Dr. Dim as my dentist for a very long time and he not only the best at what he does but he is very kind and explains everything carefully. I trust him so much. And there are the Dental hygienists who are kind and thorough which I greatly appreciate. Last but far from least are the lovely girls at the desk. I have known Yolanda as long as Dr. Dim and she is the best at putting you at ease and always showing concern for your welfare. No one likes going to the dentist but these wonderful people make it easier. Big thanks to all of them.

I've always been anxious about dental work. Two months ago, when I came across Durand Dental in its gorgeous new building, I decided to take a leap. Dr. Dim and his team are welcoming, nurturing and very communicative. Today I had three fillings in less than an hour and did not feel a thing. Dr. Dim and his assistant had a warm, nuanced approach – small details made it comfortable, reassuring and pain-free. I barely noticed the freezing after I left. I highly recommend Durand Dental. The people and the environment are lovely.
