Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. The front office staff were polite and expedient. The hygienist was very nice and explained everything thoroughly and made my son comfortable. The doctor was also thorough and professional and took the time to explain the issues and detailed the plan of care to myself and my son. We love Eastern Shore Pediatric Dentistry! We see Katie and she always makes the kids feel comfortable and takes care in showing them all of the equipment and how it works. She does a wonderful job with their cleanings and is thorough yet quick, making sure they dont get rowdy! Dr Matt is great he is clearly explains dental plans as well as settles any nerves or concerns you may have. They are knowledgeable and personable. My sons had their first visit and it went really well! My youngest son who has autism and has been afraid of going to the dentist, said he liked this dentist office better than his last dentist. Today was our first visit. My daughter was extremely nervous, but the entire staff made her feel at ease and she was all smiles when we left. She even got to “help” during her brother’s visit. 10/10 recommend!! I wish I would have found them sooner!

An excellent team. A friendly, sincere, and very genuine team. They are also experts in their field. Their approach to children is professional. My daughter and son were afraid of dental treatment. It was as if they had a magic wand inside. They left the room cheerfully, like children going to the amusement park.

Recently switched to this Dentist after a recommendation from a friend and we have been very pleased with the service provided. They are quick, efficient and friendly. The facility is modern, clean and welcoming. Tackled problems with my children’s teeth in a suitable way that kept my kids comfortable and without fear of going in for their procedures.

When he saw him getting anxious during the cleaning he paused (a few times) He was so calm and understanding of his situation! Let me back up to the arrival....The receptionist greeted us at the door (very friendly) Very clean office and clutter free . Kaitlynn* asked what he would like to watch and even what flavors he might prefer for cleaning and fluoride. At the end he was able to pick a prize.....the entire experience was Perfect ! The whole staff was amazing! Very efficient in responding, got us in for our first appointment within days. With a 18 month old, I was very nervous for his first dentist visit but Dr. Matt was very quick and his assistant was great with my son! She showed him everything and let him be a part of the process. Highly recommend

This is by far the BEST pediatric dentistry in the Salisbury area. The staff is nothing short of amazing every visit! I have 3 children aged infant to 7 years and they all have flawless dental visits every time. This was my 3 year old daughters first dentist & she LOVES even playing dentist at home from her good experiences at this office. Dr.Matt is amazing, super informative, knows his stuff and is wonderful with the children. The lady who did her last cleaning was also fabulous- she interacted with her the whole time and just made her so comfortable! This was my first time as a mom taking my daughter to her first dentist appt. I was more nervous than her. The office is fresh and inviting, smells good and very clean. Everyone from front desk to the techs and dentist was very nice and fun. My daughter was excited and they made her very comfortable. They accommodated her needs as she didn’t want to lay in the chair so they did everything with her standing beside me and everything still went very well. We will be back again in 6 months.
Every experience so far has been amazing. When you have 5 kids and have all of their cleaning in the same day and are there for maybe an hour! That was the amazing part. I use to wait in a dentist office for hours with them. They make it so smooth and easy and really care about each kid sitting in the chair. They are always smiling and so nice to the kids and you can tell they are genuine. My kids love it there and get excited when it’s time to go to the dentist.
Previously saw Dr. Matt in January for tongue/lip tie concerns- he provided reassurance and we just monitored. Fast forward to now- my little man now has 7 teeth so took him in for his first dental appointment. Brandi was so helpful with ensuring we have the right information/insurance in the chart and both her and Brittany were so friendly and welcoming when we walked in. Brittany even took his photo in front of the adorable sign. Katie was incredibly patient showing him all the gadgets before trying to clean his teeth. Dr. Matt was also so very knowledgeable, patient and thorough addressing
