Had a fantastic cleaning at Edgewood Dental Care in Edgewood, KY today. My hygienist, Rebecca, only works Saturdays I think, but I'll definitely schedule around her schedule. She gave one of the most gentle yet thorough cleanings I've ever had. Then Dr. Pantoja helped with my nighttime grinding issue—she suggested a tweak no one else had thought of, even though other dentists noticed the problem. Beyond their skills, these ladies are super kind and personable. Highly recommend!

I went to Edgewood Dental Care for years for receding gums and other care. My upper right area was stubborn. When I had to go elsewhere for an extraction and implant on lower right, they told me I had an infection in the upper right that Dr. Middendorf and his team never mentioned. You'd think they'd catch that with 360 x-rays before bone loss. Also, a crown on lower right is now worthless. Disappointed.

I went for an emergency dental issue. Was told tooth was cracked at first, then I was told a cavity and that I needed a filling. My filling appointment is one month away. I was told to take ibuprofen and Tylenol for the next month until my appointment. They do not care. They’re a teeth cleaning mill. Wait times are outrageous. Highly disappointing!!!! Go to a smaller dentist, one that has the ability to triage and treat patients in pain within a reasonable amount of time. I was basically told, sorry don’t eat solid food and we will see you in a month.
