Went in for a simple tooth extraction and made it clear I didn't want any extra procedures. They told me they wouldn't do the extraction unless I agreed to a bone graft. Felt really pressured into something I didn't need — bone grafts are usually optional. This felt more about money than my health. Not cool.

Staff here don't really look you in the eye, they work in the background. Also, they made me fill out tons of paperwork and when I asked why they didn't email it, they said they just don't do that. Plus it's really noisy inside. Not a fan of all that noise.

DO NOT come here if you want a nice crown or a professional dentist. I came for a root canal and the dentist started chatting with his assistants about a singer on his TV while his hands were in my mouth. Asking "Who's that? Where's she from?" etc. Brushed it off then, but looking back it was careless. After the root canal he said I needed a crown, so I agreed. He drilled my natural tooth down to the root, but what followed was a mess.

Double the price on every service compared to other dentists in the area. They don't care about your teeth, just your bank account. They'll try to do every service your insurance doesn't cover so you have to pay out of pocket. Over double what I was quoted elsewhere. Look somewhere else.

Front desk was nice and helpful, but we waited over an hour and a half for my 2-year-old to get seen. They asked me not to feed him an hour before in case they needed to do work, which I get, but when I told an assistant I was about to leave because they were obviously busy (the dentist was seeing multiple patients at once), she said they should've told me on the phone the appointment could take 2-3 hours. For a toddler? Who already went an hour without eating? Not great.

Came in on 10/27/2025 and went to the old location first lol, but only 5 minutes from the new one. Wait was a bit long, but what dental office isn't? Front desk checked me in and since they hadn't seen me in a while, I updated my info. Janey did my x-rays — she had a little trouble at first but got it the second time, talked me through when to bite and open. Isabelle cleaned my teeth and did an amazing job — other places it would hurt but she didn't hurt me at all. Great cleaning in Cathedral City!

Brought my son Matthew on Wednesday 11/19/2025 for his first visit. He's got a phobia of medical stuff, so I was worried, but he had a root canal and did great! All the staff were wonderful, especially Dr. Juarez. She was super patient and made him feel calm, like family. Honestly heartwarmed by the treatment they gave him. Definitely recommend this place in Cathedral City!

Not to good of experience they charge appointment dates just because and say the doctor will not be in when a friend had an appointment same day an hour later and the doctor was there and second they add work to your teeth you do not need I went and got a second opinion
One thing I do give the back staff credit they treat you very kind and answer more questions then anyone eles Not including the doctor

Yall know I’ll tell you a joke but Neva no lie. But very grateful that Angel assist me everytime I come in, always has the best attitude with me and patience including his peers. Angel is always the sweetest receptionist and all but the doctor that does root canals is horrible not only did he literally have me crying whole procedure from pain. He literally wouldn’t stop when I was told to raise my left hand if I felt pain. Not only have I addressed the doctor before that It takes ALOT and I mean ALOT FOR me to not feel anything ever since I had a jaw surgery but that I was feeling everything the whole time. I raised my left hand an occasional amount of time bc I kept feeling everything, all he had to say was that to “hold on I’m almost almost done its not going to take much longer almost done”
as I was literally crying and gasping for air bc I couldn’t breathe anymore from the pain. NOT ONLY did my sugar DROP from being a diabetic I was literally shaking from pain. Horrible I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any other doctor there before from the 8 years of me being a patient. I genuinely feel traumatized from such a horrible experience.

This is my Go to dental office. Very pleased every visit. The front desk ladies are always very nice and welcoming. Staff always makes me feel very comfortable as well as the doctors. Not only did the receptionist, Angel, make me feel welcomed, but also the back of house staff was amazing and friendly. They were fast and kind. I went in for a wisdom tooth removal, and I was in n out within the hour! I felt no pain and had no issues after the service. I would recommend this location to friends and family.
