Took my daughter with a really bad toothache. They didn't even take an x-ray, just said to give her Tylenol. She cried all night with pain. Wasted my time and didn't bother to check what was wrong.

Horrible customer service. They don't respect appointments, the dentists are mean, and they don't listen. On top of that, they charged me $255 just to get my dental records, and it depends on corporate how long they take to send them. I'd give a zero if I could.

Last place I'd go to. When I was a teenager they extracted a tooth that they said would infect others—later a second opinion said it could've been saved. Then I had root canals here that got infected later. We'd wait 4 to 5 hours for simple checkups. Please stay away.

Every time I’ve had an appointment here the experience is awful. Wouldn’t recommend. The wait times are crazy. I Waited 3 hours at my last appointment for a cleaning. They prioritized taking patients who were friends or family first. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized.

Doctor was awesome at figuring out what was causing my tooth pain. He suggested extraction, so we scheduled it a few days later, but he gave me antibiotics first for the infection—pain was gone right away. Wait wasn't bad at all, maybe 10 minutes in the lobby, then about an hour for fillings and the extraction. Alma did my fillings and she was so gentle and patient. The extraction was quick and easy. Definitely going back for more work, maybe some dental crowns next time.

This dental office is not for children. They lied about allowing a parent to be with their child during procedures like tooth extraction. I called ahead and they said I could be with my son except for x-rays, but after x-rays they wouldn't let me stay for the extraction, even with a court order.

Dr Molina neglected to address my dry socket. The dentist who extracted my wisdom teeth didn’t numb me properly and I experienced deep pain during my procedure with no concern from the dentist performing my procedure. Will be filing a lawsuit for malpractice and negligence.

Facts about the wait times here. It must be family members or acquaintances giving good reviews but total opposite. Been here a few times and the wait is endless this goes for while your waiting to be called and while in the back. Prioritizing the patient at and adequate amount of time should be practiced so patients do not loose patience with all that waiting. Staff booking appointments need to be realistic about alot of issues that lack in the quality of their business. There will always be patients the next day to treat. Trying to make it a challenge to generate as much money as possible should not be a goal. With this amount of dissatisfied patients this business should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Working class people who book hear waste a lot of time just waiting when time is spared to have their dental issues fixed but is sabotaged by the business when making you wait ridiculous amounts of time specially if you have been here multiple times, the process should be quicker. I know there is so many other places to get treated if it's so horrible but as spoken before time is a factor and sometimes we settle for the convenience of maybe it being nearby, insurance or etc.

I am a very picky person and my VA providers have been super with me. When the VA dental clinic was overwhelmed with appointments they search for quality dentists in the community to fulfill their obligations to the Veterans. El Centro dental is under contract with the VA and I feel that the service provided by El Centro dental has been superior.

Super bad service, had made my appointments and they call you the same day to let you know they need to change them. I had an appointment at 1:00PM, i waited in the lobby(full) for 30 minutes and they never called me. I asked the lady if she could give me a copy of the fillings that i need, to take care of them in different clinic and complained about the time they were taking to call me in, she answered very rude and wanted to charge me $45 for it. Ridiculous, I am not going to pay for something that my insurance already paid. I told her to cancel my next appointment. Overall the Doctor and their assistants had been nice to me, seems like the have to change their receptionists.
