Came to this emergency dental office in Houston with a tooth infection I'd been dealing with for over 3 weeks. Had been on antibiotics for 21 days. The staff was really kind, but my experience with the dentist was disappointing. They pushed a root canal instead of extraction, which just delayed things. I was in so much pain I started crying, but the dentist didn't show any compassion or reassurance. Felt very dismissive.

Warning to anyone in pain: find somewhere else! Staff was friendly but they pushed a root canal hard, made me feel silly for refusing. I insisted on extraction, and after 40 minutes of yanking, the dentist couldn't even get my wisdom tooth out. Left in pain.

The staff was very unwelcoming. Had to pay $99 for an exam. Their monthly payment plan is through Sunbit or another 3rd party so you have to qualify or you’ll have to pay up front. My husband insurance did not qualify. Dental Assistant was not ready when he took my husband back for X-rays. I had to ask several times if I could go back before I went back with my husband. The dental rooms were either broken down or messy and very small. I was given 1 option for my husband pain tooth. When I asked about a different option she immediately shut it down. I stated I was a dental assistant and her attitude completely changed. Very rude. I suggested an implant she stated they cost 10K I told her my mom got it done for 3K and she said “from Mexico?” I said no. She said “oh it must’ve been a cheap implant” we ended leaving with prescription only. As I was not about to pay $700 to 2K out of pocket. I will NEVER go here again.

Total rip-off. Wasted money and time. Was told they'd pull my tooth, but then pushed a root canal even after I said no. Finally agreed to extraction but wanted $758. I paid less for 3 wisdom teeth elsewhere. Drove 45 minutes and left still in pain. They don't tell prices over the phone for a reason.

Not to good ….i don’t know how some reviews about this place are positive. The staff were like robots nothing warm & courteous about them . The only professional there was the dentist. Good thing because he is the one poking me with the syringe making sure the anesthesia is efficacious when he is grinding my teeth down like an apocalyptic mad , madmax worrier character.

I visited this place a few months ago due to gum pain, they let me know i need a deep cleaning done which I got done here for $1,200 I got it done and asked for estimates to get my wisdom teeth removed. Called about 3 times and they were not getting back to me. Since my one of my tooth was hurting I went in again and they let me know that they had somehow lost my X-rays, made me wait for an HOUR even though I had an appointment. Anyway they took x-rays again i got some prescription and left. One month later I went to my trusted dentist in Florida and they did X-rays on me and they let me know I still had plaque in my teeth, meaning my deep cleanse wasn’t done correctly. And I also had 6 cavities (which the 3 doctors at this place NEVER mentioned) I got quoted around $2,800 for wisdom teeth removal. Got a quote with my dentist in another state and it is cheaper to fly to FL and get the surgery there than here. The guy at the front desk was lovely, but I recommend getting second opinions before getting anything done here.
Had a rly severe toothache & I couldn't wait a whole week before I was able to be fit in at any other dental office I called. Turns out I had an infection & an impacted wisdom tooth! Thankfully it was found when it was, lest the pain & infection get 10x worst. Staff was super friendly & knowledgeable, & treated me w/ compassion & care. Highly recommend!

My husband had a tooth that had been previously fixed a few years ago and it had recently began to give him issues. He ignored the issues until he couldn’t any longer. I called this clinic and he was seen with a couple of hours. From the time we entered, both the professionalism and compassion from the staff were top tier. After careful consideration, his tooth was extracted that same evening due to the complexity of the tooth.

This was our first time at this dentist office. My husband had a toothache and he needed wisdom tooth removed. We decided to come to this place since it was open.. from the time we walked in the office staff was very very nice and polite! The dental assistants and the dentist himself were all awesome! They explained everything in detail to use on what was going to be done and the financial aspect of it too. Over all very friendly.. professional and we will definitely be coming back and referring our family and friends!

My experience was absolutely awful! I made an appointment and came in with the most painful impacted wisdom tooth.
I texted them and asked if they accepted my insurance and I told them I had federal insurance. And said they accepted most. So I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment. Upon arrival I spoke with the receptionist and she told me they did not accept my insurance! They don’t accept federal insurance! Which was completely different than what was told to me via text!
Despite this I still stayed because again I’m in a LOT OF PAIN! I complete the online forms and waited. I didn’t receive an update an estimate time nothing! The receptionist literally sat with her coworker water Cheetos and laughing while I’m waiting to hear back something! It’s approaching 5pm 30 minutes after my schedule appointment and again I received no update on when I’m supposed to be seen! I proceed to call another urgent care dental service and was told I could be seen immediately! The receptionist heard my phone conversation and began asking me to fill out paper work! Hello???? Now I need to sign form after you been sitting there scrolling on your phone and laughing with your coworker? She proceed to ask me if I was still going to be seen! I said No I’m leaving! This place is absolutely unprofessional! I understand dentist run behind things happen! I work in the medical field. But update your patients so I’m not sitting here on the edge of tears knowing nothing! I recommend everyone go to Urgent dental care Houston! 10/10 I was seen in less than 5 minutes before my appointment time and got all the information I needed in 18 minutes! Please stay away from this place! If you have a dental emergency.
I cracked my front tooth Saturday afternoon. I knew the hospital emergency room could not deal with a dental emergency so I did an online search for 24 hour dental emergency care. I called the number that came up and they had an appointment for me 15 minutes from my house as quick as I could get there, the tooth cracked all the way down so that Dentist had to extract it. I told her I had a public speaking engagement Tuesday So she built me a temporary tooth to leave the office with that night. Dr. Rajhani Is amazingly talented and gentle she never caused me any pain. Best possible experience patching me back together after an unfortunate accident.

Walked in with severe tooth pain. I was greeted so professionally and welcoming, and within 10 minutes I was getting x-rays. They even had a payment plan option for people without insurance.
I walked in feeling one of the worst ways I ever felt and left feeling like a whole new person!

Absolute fantastic group! They got me in quickly, within an hour or so of reaching out to see what appointment availability they had. Once there, the check in process was quick and easy and I was quickly being seen by the doctor. They did an extraction and root canal with no pain or discomfort.
