Had a tooth extraction here as a walk-in and was seen within 30 minutes. Staff was super friendly and understanding. Honestly, I was nervous about getting my tooth pulled, but they made me feel comfortable. Definitely will go back if I need any more work done in West Columbia.

The whole team was amazing from start to finish. My regular dentist isn't open weekends, so I needed a tooth extraction on a Saturday. Emergency Dental Care USA got me in and taken care of in just a couple hours. Dr. Gonzalez and his assistant (didn't catch her name but she was awesome) were great. I'll definitely come back if I have another weekend emergency.

SCAM company. Got services done last year around Christmas 2024. Paid out of pocket, then my insurance ended up paying, so they were paid twice. Been fighting for a YEAR for a refund. Called month after month, given the runaround. Emailed corporate—no response. Kept being told I'm on a "waiting list" for a refund. For a whole year? Crazy.

Worst experience ever. First, they lied on the phone about my insurance—when I got there, they didn't take it. So I had to pay $99 for the office visit. Then the dentist wanted to do more than I asked. I have a full arch implant on top and a partial on bottom, only 7 teeth on bottom. My side small tooth cracked, and I needed it removed so I can go back to my dentist in Atlanta for a new partial. The dentist stormed out because I wouldn't agree to more work.

Please pay attention: This place is very misleading 99.00 which they don't tell you its not for the service. Once you go back they quoted me s price for 700.00 for a tooth extraction. If I had known 99.00 was just theirs xray fee I would have not paid .
Do NOT waste your time going here. The staff is friendly and customer service is cool, but that's not important. If you call, be prepared to pay the $99 exam fee UPFRONT. They'll tell you if you don't have it, you can apply for Klarna, Affirm, or Sunbit. Once the doctor sees you and creates a treatment plan, you either have to pay it all upfront right then or apply for another loan. Depending on how much...

I would highly recommend emergency dental USA to anyone. From the front desk to the dentist everybody was very nice and professional. Had a loose tooth and was in a lot of pain, so I called in the morning. Got an appointment right away, did some paperwork, and was taken in within 5 minutes. They did X-rays, the doctor came in, and said he could help. In half an hour, those two problem teeth were gone. They set me up with medication, and I got everything at CVS. Pain-free now—so happy I went here! Everyone is really nice. Thank you!

This place was great. Before going here a read the reviews, and noticed good and bad. So, I was a little bit worried when I got here. But soon discovered that I had nothing to worry about. Everybody there was very nice and friendly. I had to get a wisdom tooth removed. The dentist made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. The receptionist was so very helpful. She gave me the paperwork so I could file a claim with the insurance to see if I could reimbursed from my insurance company. Would highly recommend this place.

EDIT TO ADD: My actual angel of a dentist filled the tooth Tuesday morning and said there's no infection. I was also told they had a patient from here who had roots left in a tooth after extraction! So I'm glad they got $100 from me for no reason. This place is worse than an Adult Medicaid Dentist. I went because a filling fell out (3 months old), paid $100 fee, and they said they could only pull two of my teeth. Nothing wrong with those teeth per my regular dentist.

was a little skeptical at first, called at 11, made and appointment for 12, but being a patient and having patience you will get treated in a timely manner, very attentive and professional staff, thankyou dr. bogg, brittany, and emani, you guys really took care of my needs and got my pain in the ass widsom tooth removed , will highly recommend!

Scheduled an appt at 5 pm, was able to get in no issues. Staff was very nice and personable, which is a big thing for me since I really don’t like going to the dentist. Dr Mendez (I’m pretty sure that’s his name) was great at his job and was able to get my infected wisdom tooth out within 20 minutes providing instant relief. Him and his team were sure to make me feel comfortable talking me through the whole thing since I’m a little on the nervous side and pass out when getting shots and things. Highly recommend, and will say I feel like they are super well priced for someone that doesn’t have dental insurance.

I had an infected tooth that needed to be extracted; my dentist was concerned it was gonna break and he might not get all the roots. Every oral surgeon I checked with was booked for weeks. I called this office and they were able to get me in right away. I was in excruciating pain and face swollen. The Dr and his hygienist were amazing. She kept me calm and he pulled it with no problems and I didn't even feel it. Best experience. I can't thank them enough. Everyone in their office is great.

Warning: Don't ever go to this place. You call and ask specific questions and get lied to. The girl at the desk said they didn't take BCBS, but I asked that before scheduling. She said you go in, pay $95 for an exam, then they determine the price. Waste of gas and time. Run. Very unprofessional.
