I was there in February to get my crown cemented when it came out. I went back yesterday because the same crown came out again. They were going to charge me for the visit and try to get me to pay for a new crown when their work was not affective. They do not guarantee their work.

I liked the service and the fact that they extracted my tooth; my only complaint is that I paid for a full set of dental X-rays, but they didn't give them to me—they limited themselves to examining just my wisdom tooth, and nothing else.

Posted on the wrong location…. (I have been debating on posting this for several days but I can’t agree with how my husband was treated when he was seen by Dr. Narooz. He repeatedly used improper wording while speaking to him, which left us feeling confused, stressed and very unhappy. We get being “close to your patients” but be a little more mature? The front desk and dental nurse were exceptional, would recommend coming back but see a different doctor!!!)

Very friendly staff with a great sense of humor. Super professional. They did a great job pulling my tooth and made sure I was totally 100% before driving home. Highly recommend going there for any emergency dental work. Great spot!

I saw a highly skilled dentist in less than 2 hours from my call—on a Sunday morning! The lady doctor was an expert with my tooth pain. I needed a filling and a root canal or extraction. I chose extraction because I'm not rich—an emergency crown would've been $5000-6500 upfront. Ultimately paid $1200 out of pocket for a filling and extraction of a molar. Apple insurance only covered prescriptions. This dentist was top notch. The very best I've ever had.

This place didn't let me down! I had a horrible toothache and couldn't get seen anywhere else. Called here and was in within 2 hours. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. The whole experience was a letdown, except for one bright light—Leah, the receptionist. She was empathetic and very helpful. I notified them of my leukemia, but after driving 25 miles in 10 minutes, the dentist decided she wouldn't do anything. So frustrating. Leah saved the day. She deserves a pay raise and a big hug.

I highly recommend this place. Every time I try to get into a dentist it takes days or months, but they got me in the same day. Excellent service—Dr. Liu and assistants Leah and Valerie were amazing, made me feel comfortable. Plus, they have a payment plan option, which is great for people who don't have a lot of money. I won't be going anywhere else. This is now my dentist in Federal Way.

Amazing! I was so thankful to find a dentist office open on a Sunday night. I had the worst tooth ache on a broken tooth, they got me in fast and fixed that thing. Thank you guys soo much. I recommend if you need help this is the place to go.

I had an appointment with this Dental Center on Sunday February 15, 2026. I arrived early, and after some brief paperwork, was taken back for an exray of my hurting tooth. I had my tooth extracted and the infection I had with the tooth taken care of. Everything went smoothly, everyone was very nice, and the Dental Office was very clean and smelled amazing. If I need to go back for an Emergency tooth issue, I will definitely come back to this place. 😊💯👍

Honestly, this place saved me. I chipped my tooth on a Saturday right before a holiday—thought I'd be stuck with it until Tuesday. But they got me in within an hour of calling! The tooth had a pretty bad cavity, but they filled it and ground it down until it felt right. Unbelievably thankful for the quick care. Best dental visit I've ever had, and the price for an emergency filling in Federal Way was super reasonable too.

Can't say enough about the care I got here. I was in extreme pain on a Sunday and desperately needed help. The doctor saw me the same day and even stayed open late to make sure I was comfortable and out of pain. Compassionate and professional—they made a terrible day so much better. Truly grateful.
