Monet and Dr. Duffie were absolute lifesavers. I was visiting from out of state and broke a tooth—they got me in within two hours. They gave me three options and I chose a temporary fix, but the attention to detail was incredible. I'm a total wimp about dental work, but they were so gentle. Stopped by a couple days ago but couldn't afford the exam fee at the time. Shanlee was so kind and explained everything—she said to come back when I can and she'll help me get on track with my dental health. Staff was totally honest and upfront. They even said it might be cheaper to see a regular dentist! I thought I had a broken tooth, but it was just a bad filling—they explained how my tooth was still healthy and just needed a refill. Even gave me a fun fact about a tooth that never grew in. The office manager noticed my insurance wasn't run right and fixed it. Solid experience.

Dr. Charles Bruchu was one of the most delightful dentist we have ever met in the height of an emergency. Legit my 16 year old broke her teo front teeth on a trampoline. AND this staff from the front desk to the back made us feel welcome, told

My husbad had an unexpected dental emergency that required an extraction and bone graft. We were able to get seen within the hour. Check in process was easy and fast. Very professional experience at Emergency Dental of Las Vegas.
Just before leaving Europe to US I developed a serious toothache and during the flight it became clear I wouldn’t manage my vacation in US with that kind of pain. I went straight from the airport to their clinic. They did a thorough consultation, explained all treatment options clearly and started treatment immediately. By the next morning the pain was gone and I could actually enjoy my trip.

I got a teeth cleaning and a filling done in under an hour and a half—awesome. Already booked my next cleaning in six months because I felt so comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this emergency dental office. I’m from out of town and was in excruciating pain when my friends brought me in to have an infected tooth pulled. I had never been in so much pain that I needed to stop a procedure before, but during the extraction I had to signal to Dr. Burshu (apologies if I’m spelling that incorrectly!) several times. He and the entire team were unbelievably kind, patient, and reassuring every step of the way. Not once did they make me feel like a burden — they treated me with such compassion and calm that it made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to get through.
The procedure itself wasn’t pleasant, of course, but I am so happy to report how much better I feel now. I’m genuinely so grateful for the fast relief and quality of care they provided.
My friends who waited for me had nothing but lovely things to say about Heather at the front as well. She was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel safe and supported from the moment we walked in.

Shanlee was super helpful and the kindest person I've met in the medical field in Vegas. We were waiting on insurance approval and couldn't see the doctor right away, but she gave us tips to take care of the bad tooth and even asked the doctors if they worked at any other clinic that would accept our insurance. Very knowledgeable. Top notch service.
