This place is actually a joke! Went there for 4 hours for X-rays to tell me I have a 20 thousand dollar bill heard nothing if it was “ in network “ on my side it showed they were then after paying them a fee they charged my insurance for the same diagnostic 3 separate times? Stay away if you like your money !

Oh my gosh. I can’t thank these guys enough!! I have an extreme phobia to needles and even though nitris is a little pricey soooooooooo worth it! When I go back in a couple weeks I will get everyone’s name so I can tell all about who really really helped me and gave me the time I paid for and really listened to my needs. Kendra was the lady at the front desk. I feel awful because I should have asked got my dentist and the hygienist names.

Had a really unprofessional experience here. I explained my situation on the phone, but they didn't tell me they'd have to break my brand new crown because they can't work through it. I wouldn't have come in and wasted my time and money. On top of that, the dental assistant was cursing in the room and kept touching me for no reason. I do not recommend this clinic.

Was in terrible pain from an exposed nerve, called Emergency Dental of Nashville, and they got me in within an hour. Ended up needing a root canal and a few other things taken care of right away. The whole team was super kind and caring. Dr. Ali explained everything before and during the procedures and helped me pick options that worked for my health and my budget. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Helena and Kendi (hope I spelled that right) were awesome and really knew their stuff. The dentist too—I told him I wish he could be my regular dentist! He answered all my questions without ever seeming rushed. I know how healthcare works, and I can honestly say most of the 1-star reviews calling them a scam aren't fair. They offer weekend and late-night walk-in care that hardly anyone else does.

I came in on a Sunday for a bad abscess. I was able to schedule a same day emergency appointment, The entire staff from the moment i arrived have been beyond friendly and engaged. Nothing feels rushed. They take the time to explain everything, answer all questions thoroughly, present options, and do so in a way that makes you feel as though they really care. I can’t imagine a more calming, professional experience. Come here if you truly have a dental emergency.

I scheduled an appointment through the call center for 1pm after explaining my dental issue, but when I arrived the office wasn't sure they could see me due to my ongoing treatment with another dentist. I also learned the call center can't see the actual schedule, which led to a long wait and some initial frustration.
However, the dentist herself completely turned the experience around. She was kind, understanding, and took the time to look at my crown and adjust my bite. She even chose not to charge me for the visit. In the end, the care I received was excellent and very much appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience today . My original dentist off was close during to the holiday season. The dental assistant Kendra was very comforting , made me relax as the needle was inserted in my jaw. Friendly staff and went into detail of why it’s important for dental hygiene vs other offices I been to.

Honestly, I was fine with them until they told me my insurance wouldn't cover the treatment because they're out of network. But that's just not true—I know my plan covers out-of-network dentists. So that rubbed me the wrong way. Because of that mix-up, I can't really recommend Emergency Dental of Nashville for tooth extractions or other major work if you're relying on insurance.

This place is truly exceptional. I broke a front tooth late on a Saturday night, and they were able to get me in immediately. They placed a temporary right away and had my permanent crown completed in under two weeks. The entire staff was incredibly kind and reassuring during a stressful situation. I honestly wish I lived closer because I would use this office for all of my dental care, they are just that good!
