Had a Saturday morning emergency and they got me in as a walk-in. Staff and doctor were super nice from the start. Just know they don't take insurance on weekends, so you'll pay out-of-pocket. It's not cheap, but for me, it was worth it to be seen same day in Savannah. During my tooth extraction, the doctor couldn't get all the roots out—not his fault—and he refunded half my payment. Honest and caring service.

Dr. Williams and Mrs. Jackie are amazing! They squeezed us in same day for my son who has bad anxiety. Dr. Williams did the extraction perfectly, and Mrs. Jackie kept him calm with her motherly touch—literally helped him stay in the chair. So grateful for these two in Savannah. Avoid this place. Had a 4pm appointment, arrived at 3:45, doors didn't open till 4:15. People with later appointments got seen before us. When I called, they said 'not sure' how long. They made me leave the waiting room. My husband's simple tooth extraction took until 7pm—office closes at 6. Poor communication and zero respect for patients' time in Savannah.

This place is terrible, especially to veterans. They only care to receive payment for treating a veteran but not to help one. I live 40 mins away had to get child care for this rescheduled appointment at 10am just for no one to be there. I waited an hour while otp with the VA and even the VA couldn't get in contact with them. Then the owner tried to lie to the VA & say they were there since 9. They also over book people, don't go here if you care about your time!
This Clinic is amazing! I was sent here from the VA as a retiree and I was welcomed by very courteous and and helpful staff. Clinic is very calming and therapeutic. That’s a good thing when you’re dealing with people that are afraid of going to the dentist. Everyone was very professional and answered any questions that I had.

Honestly, the staff and doctor were wonderful. Never felt so relaxed at a dentist office. No rush, we just chatted. It was calm and I got seen almost right away. Highly recommend Emergency Dental Service in Savannah for anyone needing a dental checkup or emergency care.

The doctor was patient going through all my TMJ questions—it's a tedious process with the military, but they handled it well. First dentist office that actually made me feel relaxed. Best dentist I've ever had. I hate going to the dentist, which is why I ended up in Dr. Williams' chair for an emergency. Front desk was friendly, Dr. Williams explained everything and checked on me during the procedure. First dentist who made me feel cared for. Wish he could be my primary. We were passing through the Savannah area on vacation, when my husband got a horrible tooth ache. We reached out via phone call and they told us to come on in and they could take care of him asap. We cannot say enough good things about this business. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were very quick to see my husband and mitigate his pain. Probably the best dental experience we've ever had... if there is such a thing as a good dental experience!

Dr. Williams was recommended by my dental office for an emergency visit as they didn't have immediate availability. Although it was an hour away, I took a chance because of the pain! I'm glad I did. Dr Williams, Mrs. Williams and staff were an honor to meet. They were patient, attentive, professional, kind and welcoming. Dr Williams explained my issue and provided immediate relief until I could see a specialist. Although my insurance was not accepted, the out of pocket fee was much less than any other places I called and they made sure I had the proper paperwork to file a claim with my insurance provider. I hope I never have to see an emergency dentist again but if I do, this would be my first stop.

Such a wonderful experience and I’ve already recommended them to everyone I know! The office itself is so nicely decorated and calming. The entire staff was so nice and were genuinely interested in me as a person and my issue. I had a mishap that left me with a Grade 2 concussion, wounds on my face, and a knocked loose tooth. They were willing to see me late on a Friday evening. They completely evaluated me and eased my concerns. I rarely write reviews and that’s how impressed I was!

Amazing experience! Professional, kind, compassionate people. They see patients all hours and even do home visits. I went after hours as a walk-in, waited a couple hours, but it was worth it. Mrs. Williams came out to chat and make us feel at home. Both she and the doctor have a healing spirit. Can't say enough good things about this place in Savannah.

Both Mr. And Mrs. Williams were amazing. Very patient and understanding. I had some pretty bad tooth pain today (Sunday). They were able to get me in and pull 3 of my teeth. They even helped me apply for Carecredit in order to be able to afford to have this procedure done today. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable.
Also important to note that they were upfront and honest with the cost of everything and let me decide what I felt was the best option for myself financially and physically. I highly recommend them.

I went to this office today very nervous being I have seen the same dentist my whole life. I needed medical attention immediately and was able to be seen on a Saturday and did not wait no longer than 15 minutes. Dr. Williams and his wife are some of the most amazing, caring people I have ever met. I didn’t feel like a patient there today, more like family. Dr. Williams is very gentle, and while I had to get shots Mrs. Williams comforted me to take my mind off what he was doing. If I could give more than 5 stars I 100% would. I can not thank them both enough for the ease and pain they helped alleviate me out of today. I will never forget the kindness they showed me- thank you both so much! I HIGHLY recommend this office. The staff is absolutely amazing.

I love this place! Dr.Williams was able to see me on a Sunday when I ended up getting my front teeth chipped. He was able to do x-rays, explained what my options were, told me how much it was upfront, and he got to work on me and was able to walk out with a temporary bridge that day to be back at work Monday. I see the negative reviews. I personally feel sometime you get what you pay for. And it might not be cheap, but the work is done same day, the work is amazing, the environment is glorious if you ask me, and Mrs.Williams is absolutely a doll. I feel like they have taken care of me much better than some of my own family. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants dental work done fast and right. The whole team is very kind and professional. they even do house calls for the elderly as well. I would gladly keep going back to people I know that really care about the community.
