My wisdom tooth finally became an issue, so I found this place online in Huntington Beach. They took me in on a Sunday, which was awesome. All the staff was super nice. Dr. Brittany was really patient with me even though I'd hit my max novocaine dose and was still feeling pain. Glad I came here for wisdom teeth removal in CA!

Honestly, Dr. Robin did an amazing job with my wisdom tooth extraction here in Huntington Beach, CA. My lower bottom wisdom tooth was really stubborn, but she was so patient throughout the whole thing. Couldn't be happier with how it went. Definitely coming back to this emergency dental service if I ever need help again!

The absolute worst customer service ever.
Walked in on a Saturday with an emergency appointment & began filling out the online forms. The form asked for information that I did not completely understand and I asked the front desk gal for help. Her reply was “I can’t help you with that, you’ll have to figure it out”. I was having trouble locating a group number on my insurance card and I asked her to simply look at the insurance card and advise me where I could find that. Again, she refused and had a nasty attitude about me asking. At this point I decided this was not the place for me or my family. If this is the front desk, I don’t have any desire to see how I will be treated by the back office staff. Maybe the front desk gal should reconsider her career choice if she dislikes her job that much.
