If I could give zero stars I would. Save your time and money. They don't care about your teeth. First visit the doctor talks nice, acts like he's the best dentist in NYC, but once they get your money, they ignore you. Paid $1600 for treatment that's taking over a month. And avoid the big woman with fake lashes at reception—she's rude.

I came in for molar pain and was immediately accommodated. I needed a root canal and the receptionist and Dr.Meir were so kind as I have an extreme fear of the dentist due to past trauma. He made sure I felt absolutely no pain, and didn’t start until I was absolutely ready. He was patient and kept checking in throughout the procedure and before I knew it I was done. I would honestly recommend him to any and everyone.
Post root canal a day later and I have felt zero pain!
I made an appointment here due to the positive reviews. I was transparent with what I was looking for and that I wanted to know the cost of everything before proceeding. After the price of dentures/implants was given to me. I advised that I would not like to move forward at the time. To my surprise, I was suddenly told I had to pay over $300 for the xrays and cds. It just felt like a scam and it was very unfortunate..As a mother of 6 with one income, that was quite disappointing. It was the first something like that happened and I have great health insurance. Very disappointing. If you do go here, just keep advocating for yourself so that you know what you are getting into or paying for.
Maria did an amazing job on my teeth whitening. The team is so welcoming and professional. They added in a cleaning, x-rays, and the owner even came by to say hello. This is a dentistry that truly cares about their patients in Brooklyn.

I personally am so afraid of the dentist I don't go until to a fault
( last minute immediate dental emergency). I recently stumbled upon Empire Dental NY PC in one of those do or die moments and called early on a Sunday and actually was picked up on, spoken to well & scheduled immediately for the following Monday. With extremely knowledgeable employees.
Upon entering the office everyone is extremely kind and courteous... although I didn't for lack of a better word "Care" as I was not only in extreme pain but was having severe anxiety visiting a dentist.... it definitely was one of the first things that eased my nerves upon looking back post procedure. I originally went in with severe pain and even told myself no matter what I wont be doing any procedures, I'm here for X-rays and a consultation.
Hadley ( who might be a Manager? If not behaves herself like an OWNER let alone a Manager..) Is very clear & direct in a good way. If it wasn't for Hadley and I speaking about a plan & pricing ( to which they helped me in regards to being able to pay for the entire treatment) I would not have done a single thing that day. I ended up committing and going through with my first ever Tooth Extraction and she made me feel at ease ( Keep in mind.. Young.. BAT SH** terrified in that moment and FIRST extraction EVER AT 22 YEARS OLD) She basically half baby talked me and half was very clear and direct kind of like the way you would obtain advice from a close loved one. She is an absolute gem and I can tell she cares about the patients and the office.
Dr. Jenks is a phenomenal doctor, dentist, specialist and human. He made me feel extremely comfortable, listened to me, advised he will do everything in his power to perform what I feel is best/ what I want done and at the same time advised me of his professional opinion in the treatment plan we should go by. He listened to all my woes, had to deal with a big baby for much longer than I think he anticipated and still kept an extremely professional, kind & caring demeanor and took take of any fears I had when it came to any procedures and tools that he would use in my mouth. We decided to fill a small cavity prior to the extraction as well. He is someone I would always trust with my teeth.
Maria / Masha was probably the number one most helpful person when it came to soothing my NERVES, she was very kind and for lack of a better term " babied" me ( a whole grown man) throughout the whole time she was with Dr. Jenkins & I for the extraction. She was also great with assisting the doctor by providing him anything he needed right away and pointing out if a wire off the machine where his tools are connected was loose or at a weird angle that wouldn't be ideal. An absolute sweetheart.
Overall I couldn't be more pleased and happy with my visit this past Monday. I do have to return in July for my implant on the extracted tooth and I do hope and am already anticipating writing a follow up review detailing more of how amazing this office is.

I came for a cleaning last month , and I had a really great experience. Everyone in the office is very nice and knowledgeable. Dr.john jenks was nice , easy going and informative.The front desk Heba helped me find my dental insurance that I forgot I even had, she was very kind , great , she answered all my questions that I had as well which was very nice I usually have bad experience with front desk but she is one of the good ones. 100% recommend this place.
The staff are friendly and efficient. The office is clean and quiet. Hadley was very helpful and explained everything. I left being happy with the first step. I can't wait to go back to continue the process and to see my finish work. I loved it there.

I have really bad anxiety, like triggers for dental work. A simple cleaning is the most I can do. I was told I need a DEEP CLEANING. I did my research on TickTok & other platforms… what i saw forced me to cancelled my appointment TWICE… I finally sucked it up and came in stated I was in pain and should cancel the cleaning. I was told to wait to see the doctor… He came in patient, willing to hear my concerns and LISTENED….. YES ANATOLY BARTOV, DMD took the time to hear me…My concerns were valid and he reassured me that I won’t feel no pain… I was extremely skeptical rightfully so because of past experience… fast fwd Dr Bartov & his team Maria & Elsida saw how bad my anxiety had gotten ( I was shaking uncontrollably) & in that moment I appreciated the attention & bed side care they all displayed… ( to get my mind of the shaking I asked them to share their food and hobbies & that helped to calm me down )
Look I’m triggered like bad from past experiences but I’m glad I took a chance with Dr Bartov & his team

I had so much pain on my wisdom tooth , it was waking me up at night.. dr bartov promised no pain and that the tooth would be out in 30 seconds ... I was completely shocked it legit was 30 seconds or less with no pain no problems I feel instantly better and I'm so thankful he is definitely the best dentist I highly recommend him !!!
