He's thorough and makes sure things get done right the first time. When there's a big expense, he works with me to plan around what I can afford. Trust this dentist. Also, my teeth look amazing—especially after my Invisalign treatment.

I've been coming to Enamel for almost 10 years. Dr. K and his team are experts, always professional, quick and friendly!! Dental work is always painless and they are so accommodating with my schedule. I am so thankful to be in such great hands!!
Doctor is patient, gentle, and kind, but the office staff is about as bad as it gets. If you want to get constantly harassed by staff who have no idea how to do their job properly, then visit this office. Even after canceling an appointment, they still harass you about missing it and try to charge $75. I have the entire cancellation confirmation via text, yet they still attempt to charge additional fees. They couldn't work with my insurance and asked me to figure things out directly.

Our booking software didn't alert us of your cancellation, and we charge a cancellation fee to respect our schedule. We didn't charge you that fee. We're reviewing our process to prevent this in the future.
The doctors here are excellent, but dealing with the front desk was an absolute nightmare. First, I drove all the way to my appointment only to have it canceled because they couldn't 'find' my insurance info. On my way back, I had to call my insurance myself and merge the call with their staff just to prove my coverage was active. When I rescheduled, I called ahead to confirm fees. One staff member told me specific amounts, which I wrote down, but when I came in, they charged me more.

She performed a root canal for me, and not only was the operation flawless, but the entire experience was comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Britz is on another level—it's incredible to witness someone who has truly mastered their skill. The facility in Newport Beach is excellent, but Dr. Britz made the experience phenomenal.

I really want to thank Dr. Kabaklian for the work he did on my veneers. I had a horrible experience elsewhere the week prior so I was extremely nervous about the consultation but he and his staff were so kind and professional and immediately made me feel more relaxed. He was thorough in explaining all of my options. He welcomed all of my questions and never made me feel pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I'm terrified of needles but he was SO gentle with the local anesthesia for the procedure. Now I love my teeth and feel more confident and he matched the color to my other teeth so well. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Kabaklian and his wonderful staff and would gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks again.
I just got out of Dr. Joseph's dentistry clinic and I'm absolutely delighted with his work on my veneers. The whole process was as comfortable and professional as possible. The clinic staff are very nice and professional. My request for veneers was the most natural veneers possible and I got it ! There is no end to my happiness. I can recommend this clinic to everyone. Dr Kabaklian is a true professional in every way. His staff and state of the facility are hands down first class all the way. Very pleasant atmosphere when sometimes having dental work can be stressful. I highly recommend them. Never have to wait either. But maybe I shouldn't say that because I might have to wait for one or two minutes after this review! No biggie.
