Honestly, Dr. Farha and his whole team at Fall River Dentistry & Braces in Fall River, MA are just amazing. From the second I walked in, they made me feel so welcome and cared for. Dr. Farha really went above and beyond to make sure my smile was perfect with braces, and he even squeezed me into his packed schedule so we could finish everything without any delays. They took the time to do a proper exam and figure out the best treatment for me. Brought my son to Fall River Dentistry & Braces in Fall River, MA for an orthodontic evaluation that his dentist recommended. When I scheduled, I clearly said it was for ortho, but they never asked for prior records. Based on my experience working in a dental office, I expected just x-rays and a consult. Instead, after x-rays, they took him to an open area and said they'd brush his teeth, which felt off. The dentist did a quick exam, noted no cavities, recommended sealants, and then mentioned an ortho eval—it wasn't what I was looking for.

This team in Fall River, MA is absolutely phenomenal! I love that they accept Care Credit and are super patient when I use it. Even though I've only had a few appointments so far, it's totally worth the long drive from CT—I refuse to switch dentists! If you're looking for a new dentist in the area, especially for something like teeth whitening or general care, you should definitely check them out.

This place is a hot mess. Your appointment will be at 8:00am and they won’t see you until 30 minutes later. They’ll also harass you for your payments and cancel last minute my son hasn’t been to them in almost 3 months now ridiculous

As a new customer in Fall River, MA, I'm pretty impressed so far. Keila did my cleaning today, and she's amazing—honestly the best cleaning I've ever had. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. This place is the best!!! They go above and beyond to accommodate the children. My daughter even got a Ben &Jerry's ice cream after her visit from one of their awesome staff, Neely. She is amazing. 💜 We love coming here.

Always know when I got an appointment here everything will go smoothly. Always making me feel comfortable & organized. Came here mainly to get braces but I had some work to do before hand so they definitely know how to tackle the job! Can’t wait to get my braces soon!

I was originally going to leave the bad review but I guess it wasn't their fault that they couldn't help me. I kind of wish the front office staff heading home for having me go all the way down there. So the only thing I learned from this visit was that if you seen one dentist you can't leave that dentist to go see another dentist cuz young the dentist aka the new dentist won't be able to help you with anything that's been touched by a different dentist so that was kind of a bummer. So I guess if I come up with a brand new problem that hasn't been touched by any other dentists in the entire world I'll be happy to go back to them and let them start from the beginning. They did seem really nice

What a great Dentist! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years, and I knew I needed more than a cleaning. Without a call, I walked into the office to see if they would accept my insurance. They would, and as we were scheduling an appt, the Dentist overheard that I was a new patient and asked if I was having any pain, which I was. He then said they had a cancellation that afternoon and could I come back? Long story short, I had some bone loss which he treated that day, and because of a cancellation the next day, got me started on 2 crowns! I’ve never experienced such care and service! The Dentist is super nice and personable, as well as EVERYONE in the office!! 10 stars!!

Such a great experience with my son at this Fall River, MA office after we had two not-so-great ones elsewhere. They've also been doing work on me, and the office and Dr. F have been amazing. Can't thank Jess enough for being so great with my son—it makes pediatric dentistry here a real relief!
