I went to her twice for tooth pain. They took X-rays and said nothing was wrong. But I knew I had pain. Went to another dentist and they found cavities that needed fillings. So frustrating. Wish they had caught it the first time.

Every time I call this place, I get put on hold immediately. I wait about 30 minutes, then the call hangs up. When I call back, same thing—straight to hold. Been coming here for years and it's never changed. I always have to walk in just to schedule an appointment. So frustrating.

Called to make an appointment yesterday because I was in a lot of pain. The person who answered put me on hold for 20 minutes, then the call dropped. Called back, same thing—another 20-minute hold and then disconnected. Tried three more times and nobody picked up. That employee was really rude and didn't help at all. I hope you train them better on how to treat people in pain. This was for emergency dentistry, and I needed help fast.

Went in today for a chipped front tooth. I had a composite filling from my old dentist in NYC that lasted years. Dr. Elkordy refused to fix it, said it was 'a waste of her time and my time.' She didn't even ask how long it had lasted. She also said she 'didn't want to have her name on it.' Really unprofessional. I came in expecting cosmetic dentistry help and left with nothing.

She is very good at what she does. I literally HATE going to the dentist, (and I told her this before I even sat in the chair).nothing against her, but who likes going to the dentist. But she made sure I had the least amount of pain possible. Told me up front what her plan ways, and how it was going to be a 4 visit’s process but she could save my teeth. I went to 3 different dentist’s before her, and they all said that I would need to have all my teeth extracted and then a fit for denture’s. I am so glad I went and saw her and she said that I needed some work but at 42 years old, she said no way. She said give me the chance and what’s the worst that could happen, me having dentures put in? I am now through step 2 and can see the difference already! I would recommend her to anybody, I almost have a full smile back….so just give her a chance!!

It's been two months and I still can't wear my dentures. My gums weren't fully healed, then they swelled down and now the dentures are too big. They set the teeth too far to the right and they don't line up. At the final fitting, they just put them in and said 'take your time' but I didn't know what to look for. They didn't even show me how to use them. Just gave me a plastic cup. The person who made them messed up every step.

My son went for a wisdom teeth consultation and cleaning. The doctor didn't introduce herself, only scraped four bottom teeth, never touched the top, and cleaned them with a dry toothbrush. She took an X-ray of just one side and never said a word about his wisdom teeth. His gums were still bleeding 45 minutes later. Totally unacceptable. Filing a complaint with the dental board.

Dr. E is by far the best dentist in the capital region (if I could compare I would say the world!!). She provides superior service and goes beyond what the normal practices offer in terms of care. I’ve been a patient since 2008 and I have never even considered going to anyone else. If a referral is needed she makes sure to get you to the absolute best surgeons as quickly as possible. I am always amazed at how gentle she is and how she makes you feel extremely comfortable. Beyond that she checks in on you after hours and weekends if you’ve had a difficult procedure. Her staff is also amazing and attentive. To me I always feel like I’m visiting family when I walk in. Make an appointment today! You will not be sorry!!
