Really worried about the deep cleaning I got here. I've had deep cleanings before at other places, and they usually take about an hour per side. This time it was literally 10 minutes—they just quickly ran a tool along my gum line and sent me on my way. A quick search confirmed that a proper deep cleaning should take way longer. Doesn't seem right at all.

Had an X-ray, teeth cleaning, and then a week later got a cavity filled and a tooth pulled. Everything was so professional and clean! Going back Wednesday for my yearly cleaning. Really happy with the general dentistry and restorative work here.

After two years of trying this dentist office, I'm done. They texted me asking to come in early for my cleaning, but I've told them multiple times I can't because of work—I use vacation time just to make my 4pm appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early, and they still kept me waiting. Really disappointed with the service.

Been here twice. First visit was fine—in and out in under 1.5 hours. Second visit was scheduled for an extraction of a broken post, but they said I needed antibiotics first, even though I was in pain. Waited 1 hour 20 minutes past my appointment time while they took patients without appointments. Not happy.

Wish I could give zero stars. Front desk people were okay, but that's it. Only been once and never coming back. Felt like they're ripping people off or overcharging insurance. Huge HIPAA violation—while waiting, I could see everyone's info for the day: names, phone numbers, DOB, reasons for visit. Not cool.

Hadn't been to a dentist in 8 years, but my experience here was awesome. They took X-rays and found 8 cavities—way more than my old dentist in Texas ever found. Dr. Baek & Associates fixed all of them without needing a root canal, which was a huge relief. Over 3 visits, they handled my cavities quickly and professionally, and they were upfront about costs. Honestly, if I'm ever back in Desert Hot Springs, I'll definitely return for any dental work.

The staff was awesome the dentist was a not! I got another opinion on dental found 2 extra cavities and very insensitive concerned more about insurance coverage than my oral condition! BE CAREFUL!

I came to this office to get my check up. Everyone in the office were extremely friendly. Miss Lisa Trujillo is really nice and helps in any way she can, And I would take my whole family there just cause of her. Whoever wrote that review about her must of been a very problematic patient cause ive never had a front office person as helpful as her. She got me in as soon as possible and is always laughing ,and happy. Dr. Baek is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He answered any questions I had. He made me feel comfortable as well as the rest of the staff.

I called Lisa to see if they could repair my dads top plate of his denture. As it was missing a tooth and had a few other issues. She advised me to bring the plate down and they would see what they could do. We dropped it off and 2 days later she called to tell us to come pick up the plate. My dad was extremely happy his plate was fixed and they adjusted it for him so it got right. My stepmom has also started to go here and she was very pleased. The doctors and the staff are amazing and caring!
The technicians were great. Avoid the Karen in charge of scheduling at the front desk. She will embarass you infront of other patients and staff, make you feel small and incompetent. The dentists who work there are clearly her subordinates. The place should be called Trujillo Dentistry!!! 🤣
Left my old dentist because I wasn't happy, and I'm so glad I switched. The dentist here is super fast and does great work. Got a dental implant done with no issues—simple, fast, affordable, and friendly. Office staff is great too, especially Lisa who helped sort out my insurance. Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing a new dentist.

Dr. Baek & Associates are friendly, professional and most of all painless! This is the first time I have had a cavity filled and a root canal without pain and they used the perfect amount of numbing agent! I was able to leave and go on with my day not feeling like my face was all out of whack or that I was drooling, lol. Tomorrow will be my 3rd appointment and for the first time in my life I am not dreading but actually looking forward to getting in there and getting more work done! I feel so lucky and blessed to have a dentist and staff of this quality near me.
