I’m very disappointed with this clinic. I have Fidelis insurance. They keep sending endless text messages inviting me to schedule a dental cleaning, but after the cleaning they refuse to provide further treatment except for crowns and other expensive procedures because doing a simple filling is not profitable. They refer patients to another clinic instead. However, the clinic they refer you to has no idea about this referral and refused to schedule me because my X-rays were already done.

Elvera, my dental hygienist, is a total magician — she does cleanings, even deep ones, without traumatizing you. I trust her completely. I called to schedule ONLY an X-Ray and Referral for a dental surgeon. The receptionist said okay and scheduled me. When i came in i was told that it was an x-ray and cleaning. I informed them that i only scheduled for an x-ray because i would not have time for a cleaning. She told me that she was unable to bill the insurance for just an x-ray and i had no choice but to do a cleaning. I informed her again i did not have time and she smiled and told me "We have to reschedule you then". You think i want to re-schedule after you bluntly tell me that i have no choice in what service I'm requesting?

Absolutely genuine. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The receptionist was friendly. The dental hygienist was awesome and Dr. Gelfand was cordial and his amazing bedside manner is one that every dentist should strive for. He took time to talk with me and explain about my dental issues as well as the office and staff. Each staff member I encountered took time to listen to me and answer all my questions.
