Zero stars. Go somewhere else. Read Yelp. I went to a dentist in South Korea—90% of what this office wanted to do wasn't necessary. Saved $3500. Next day appointment, state-of-the-art facility, fraction of the cost. Upselling and pushing procedures. Failed to tell me about a $1K medication until I was in the chair. Follow-up appointment was changed without notice.

I had a filling fall out on Friday night, and knew I would need to visit a dentist by Saturday at the latest. After searching through my insurance carrier's network, I came across this office open on Saturdays. They were very quickly able to get me in - right away, actually. Every person I spoke to was incredibly patient, explained everything in great detail, and were so wonderfully positive. I can not recommend this office enough!

I do recommend this office for its integrity and good work. The front office staff are amazing, especially the gentleman handling payments/insurance—kind and considerate. I had an emergency root canal over a year ago and the dentist and nurses took great care of me. But I'm giving 3 stars because a female dentist publicly ridiculed and belittled the front office gentleman. That was uncalled for.

Brought my wife in last month for a crown. They did two crowns and one had a small hole—food got in and caused a bad smell. We scheduled a fix for today at 1:30 PM, showed up on time, and waited an hour and a half. Only one doctor and tons of patients. We left because they don't respect appointment times. Not professional.

Genuinely the worst dentist experience ever. Previously I went somewhere else for a tooth extraction—in and out in 15 minutes. That fell through, so I came here. I repeatedly said I just wanted the tooth removed, but they kept trying to upsell me like I'm buying a car. My insurance covered the extraction, but they added a bunch of unnecessary stuff.

Had a gum grafting consultation scheduled at 2:30 PM. Came on time, waited 30 minutes in the waiting area. At 3:00 I asked what's going on—no explanation. They moved me to another room, waited 15 more minutes, nobody showed up. Rude attitude towards long-time patients. Called later to speak to a manager, front desk said they'd call back. It's 5:15 PM and nothing.

For some reason, this business and they’re franchises, refuse to provide me via email they’re patient consent form. They’re definitely trying to hide something or are scared to disclose them to someone that isn’t even a customer.
Not good, i think transparency should be number one priority, and customers positive feedback.

This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had as a dentist office. We applied for financing to see if it would cover my husband’s procedures and instead of waiting until after he got the procedure done they charged us before and it’s making it absolutely a nightmare, trying to cancel it because we decided to change our minds because of our experience in that office. My husband has a phobia of dentist and this has set us back completely will never recommend them.

The best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Walker is kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. He truly goes the extra mile to make sure you’re able to maintain good oral health. I’ve gone most of my life without dental care and he is working with me to improve my oral health and build good habits. And, even better, he doesn’t want to put a filling or crown on everything! He’a suggested three fillings for me when other dentists have suggested at least eight fillings. The staff here is amazing as well. They’re so kind, respectful, and professional. This office also has options for people without insurance, which is incredibly helpful since I, like many others, don’t have insurance. I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office, which is not something I can say for other dentists I’ve been to. If you’ve been looking for a dentist that is actually going to care about you, I highly suggest seeing Dr. Walker.
