I've been coming to FWFDC since I was like 9 or 10, and I'm in my mid-20s now. My whole family has been patients since Dr. Ausink's days. I've seen Dr. Ausink, Dr. Mo, and now Dr. Stef. Heard horror stories from friends about other dentists, but never had a bad experience here. Feel lucky to have found this office. Grew up playing in the little play area with my dad, and now I still go as an adult. Everyone from the hygienists to the docs is awesome. Federal Way Family Dental Care in Federal Way is the real deal.

Dr. Stef saw me today for an exam and I'm beyond thankful I picked this clinic. Front desk is clear too. The doctor explained the treatment really well and even solved the pain I was having. Amazing place—I recommended my whole family to come here! The hygienist who saw me is an angel as well!

So I found this dental office online and my first visit went great. The dental hygienist with blonde hair, Steph I think? She was super kind and caring, really thorough with my cleaning. But I had a confusing billing thing at first. Before my second appointment, they said I owed $203 which didn't add up with my insurance. Then later I got another bill even after insurance paid. Called the office and they helped sort it out. Overall happy with the care, just a hiccup with billing. Federal Way Family Dental Care in Federal Way does good work.

Went in as a new patient and honestly blown away by how well they communicate. My dental hygienist and Dr. Stef were so nice, and the front desk always helped with my insurance questions and copays. Super flexible and accommodating. If you need a dentist in Federal Way, check them out.

To recover and maintain my dental health, I work with and recommend Dr. Steph and Federal Way Family Dental Care. I appreciate Dr. Steph, Dr. Mo, Stef, Anna, Maddi, Debbie, Saqqara, and the staff's experienced and kind care. Since July 2020, Dr. Mo and Dr. Steph repaired and crowned my extensive 90% teeth recession damage from my late teens metal braces. They push for correct diagnosis and take action to fix and complete. They made suggestions, I made changes. Wished waterpik, electric toothbrush, and Clinpro 5000 toothpaste were invented earlier. I recommend Dr. Steph and the team in Federal Way.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Our whole family drives from over an hour away to go to this office and it is worth the drive! We all have our regular cleanings here and when I had a dental emergencey and needed to get in right away they were very accommodating. Not only did they get me in really quick but Dr. Parkinson also got my treatment done same day! They also worked a miricle and got my crown seated before I left for a 2 week trip as well. Best of the BEST!
I've had the same dentist since I was a child (my kids are now adults shows you how long I've had that dentist). When my dentist retired, it was time to find a new one. After several calls to various dental offices, I chose FW Family Dental Care. It was the best decision I have made and now my entire family goes to this office. Dr. Mo and the entire FW Family Dental Care staff are great! From the best cleanings I have ever had to getting crowns, their service is top notch! If you are looking for a new dentist...no need to look any further! I highly recommend FW Family Dental Care!
From the moment you enter the office the entire team treats you like family. The doctors there are very skilled and friendly. For the last five years my family and I drive 1+ hours to our dental visits because we feel very well taken care of and I 100% recommend this place!
It's always been a positive experience. I know it's a weird thing to say about a dental place, but the team is so amazing! I've been coming here for about 5 years (I used to see Dr. Mo, and now I see Dr. Stefanie,) and they have always listened and performed great work. I find it hard to find dentist and team you can trust, but this is definitely a winning combo.
This is an incredibly friendly and efficient dental office. The entire staff was amazing at communicating, addressing my questions and concerns, and Dr. Stef worked absolute magic to fix my teeth. I hadn't been to the office since Dr Ausink retired. I needed a root canal and a crown, which I had been putting off. Dr Mo is very caring and kind. Debbie and the staff are all very professional. They took all of the necessary safety precautions. My daughter, son in law, and grandchildren come down from Seattle for their dental work. I would recommend them to anyone. I have used them for at least 25 years.

I don't enjoy going to the dentist so I usually let things go until I start having aches, which usually means I need more than just a filling. Who likes to have their mouth open for a couple hours and be poked and stuck with things? I don't! I heard great things about Dr Mo so I decided to make an appointment. I'm so happy I went! He agreed to see me after 5pm as I couldnt take time off work and I tend to fly a lot and am away for most of the year. He actually gave me options and explained things to me. Wish my medical docs had such great bed side manner. The prices were reasonable and the shots painless which is huge. You can tell that he loves what he does, very meticulous. It shows. He also complimented my last dentists' work and explained that my previous dental work was holding up great.Thank you!!!
