Had a wonderful experience here with my kids. I had to reschedule a few times, and the staff were firm about policies but really lenient with me. My daughter needed a procedure under general anesthesia, and the anesthesiologist came out to the lobby and gave her a super kid-friendly explanation—she felt totally comfortable. Highly recommend this office for pediatric dentistry. We started coming when my daughter was just 1. The facility is clean, easy parking, waiting room has movies, books, kid-sized furniture. Staff are friendly, TVs above the chair keep kids distracted. Dr. Jun creates a welcoming environment—kids don't fear the dentist and actually want to come back! They even get a toy at the end. Already recommended to a friend.

Very clean, nice space. Very quick to get us in and out, but appointment didn’t feel rushed. Even let me take a few minutes to change my kiddo before the appointment got started despite us running g a couple of minutes late. Dentist was clearly experienced working with little kids (mine is only 18 months!) and staff was friendly. Kindly made suggestions for improvement without shaming us. Smart set up. 10000% better than the children’s dentist we had previously visited, SO happy I made this switch!

I can’t say enough good things about Federal Way Pediatric Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcome and cared for. My toddler had to have cavities filled—a situation that would normally be stressful—but Dr. Jun and Dr. Lee handled everything with such gentle care, patience, and professionalism.
They explained each step clearly and helped my little one feel calm and safe the entire time. Their kindness and expertise turned something scary into something manageable, and I am so grateful for how they treated not just my child, but me as a parent. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the way they connect with their little patients.
If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who is compassionate, skilled, and truly amazing with kids, look no further. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby’s smile!
My daughter has had a great experience every visit here, even with a cavity filling. The staff are patient and friendly and they put us at ease with any treatments needed. Had to leave our last office due to an insurance change and we will be staying here even though we have changed again.
I made the switch from my previous pediatric dentist by the recommendation of a friend and I have zero regrets. Dr. Jun really takes the time to explain what's going on (my daughter has an extra tooth in the roof of her mouth that is growing in behind her permanent front teeth) and the different options for necessary procedures. The office was clean and modern and my daughter enjoyed watching Bluey while lying in the chair. It was a nice change to not feel rushed and have a dentist who takes the time to listen and respond to my questions with genuine kindness and concern. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I will be recommending to my friends!
Front office staff and Dr. Jung were really nice and friendly. The clinic was bright and clean. It was my toddler’s first dental appointment so she unfortunately cried as anticipated but Dr. Jung was understanding and sympathetic. I would highly recommend! The only feedback I have is if Dr. Jung had introduced herself without the mask when she first came in and explained what she was going to do, it might have helped my toddler not be so scared as it was her first visit. BUT I completely understand if she needed to keep her mask on from the initial introduction for her own reasons. Especially since I’m not certain that would have alleviated the situation and prevented my toddler from being scared and crying. Nevertheless, I received a positive first impression of the clinic and staff and am confident in Dr. Jung so I would definitely recommend.
The entire staff are all friendly from the moment you check in to going to the back to be seen by the doctor. My son loves coming here and he isn’t afraid of going to the dentist office. Most kids at 3 years old, don’t enjoy going to the dentist office but the staff makes it easy going & they know how to handle young kids and make them feel at ease. Even the dentist is so good with young kids. Definitely recommend this dental office for kids!!!
This was our first dental visit since moving here a year ago. I brought my 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and welcomed so kindly. Everything was explained well and with such attentiveness to our needs. The kids enjoyed the games and movies available to watch while both waiting to be seen and during the appointment. What stood out so much was that we did not feel rushed at all. Because it was their initial visit I wanted to go over their dental health and ask questions. They were so thorough and caring and took time to explain everything, the options and recommendations and answer all our questions. I loved that they even explained how to floss well to the kids. I’ve never left a dental office feeling so confident in the care received and looking forward to future appointments. So grateful we found Federal Way Pediatric Dentistry. 💗
