Absolutely my favorite dentist. I've been to a lot of dentists over the years, but Dr. Buttaro and her staff gave me the best care ever. Wonderful! Dr. Buttaro is an amazing professional. I had 4 upper front teeth worked on, 2 new crowns replacing an old one and 1 on one that had broken. 2 other on top had a chip and got repaired too. She worked hard and explained as she worked. Everyone on the staff was helpful from x-rays to cleaning all were friendly and professional and not only gave me glasses and offered a blanket or music whatever helped me relax. I am older and have been to many dentist practices but Fife dental was not only the best care all around but repaired what I needed with quality. I would recommend Dr. Buttaro and her staff to anyone.

Always had a hard time at dentist offices, but coming to Fife Dental has been peaceful. I've had deep cleanings, fillings, and a crown. They're comforting and caring. During a 3-hour visit, they gave me a cozy blanket when I was cold, and an assistant rubbed my shoulder and reminded me to breathe. Couldn't be happier.

Fife Dental Center and Dr. Lisa Buttaro are wonderful! Corina is my favorite. I feel like I’m talking to my best friend. I’ve been going to this office for five years now and am always able to see the same, friendly faces. They make going to the dentist fun! If you are new to the area and looking for a great dental office the entire family will love or you are thinking of making a change to another provider, don’t hesitate to make an appointment. You won’t be sorry!
Dr. Buttaro is extremely skilled at what she does. Contrary to some reviews about her being rough, I completely disagree. People don’t understand how hard some areas of the mouth are to reach so being uncomfortable shouldn’t be a surprise. Dr. Buttaro is a perfectionist, she will make sure she has a clear view and clear access for your sake so you walk away with flawless work. The work she does is superb, and sometimes it gets uncomfortable during a procedure because she is doing an absolute top-notch job fixing your problem which I hope is much more valuable and important than some temporary discomfort. No one can come close to her quality. If you had a super comfortable procedure, I would question the quality of work; you’ll be back to redo that filling. I had a filling that went bad, and seven "top" rated gentle dentists all told me I needed a root canal (the level of skill required was just too much for them). I was shocked, so I kept getting other opinions. I stumbled upon Dr. Buttaro, and she said she could repair it. I scheduled the work; everything went well (was uncomfortable), but at the end of the day I still have that filling seven years later and never needed that root canal! She was the only one who had the skill, dedication and care about my longer term well being to do the work while others were opting for an easier solution that probably paid them more but ultimately was not in my best interest.
Dr. Buttaro is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. Due to illness I was losing teeth quickly. I have always suffered from terrible dental anxiety and knew this would be a long, intense and painful process. I interviewed and obtained treatment plans and costs from the top five dental/denture providers in the Seattle area and Dr. Buttaro was by far the best fit. After extensive examinations, Dr. Buttaro took her time and patiently went through each step of the entire 24+ month process and what it would cost (a whopping 70% less than my highest quote). I was terrified of dentists and could not imagine having even a cavity filled. I got lucky, Dr. Buttaro is very experienced and has extensive education, her knowledge made it easy to have all the extractions done while I was awake (sedated) and I experienced no pain. I was only mildly sore after the necessary removal of many teeth but did not need the pain medications I was sent home with. (I also left the surgery with a complete and perfect denture in place). Follow-up was extensive and prompt. On the rare occasion I needed an appointment I got one immediately. When undergoing such extensive dental work I wanted a very experienced, knowledgeable and responsive doctor knowing we’d be working together for a long time. Every step and every cost was set forth clearly at the outset. There was very little discomfort (I’m a big baby at the dentist) and the work was impeccable, I could not have been more pleased. I HIGHLY recommend her, one visit is all I needed to see why she’s the best out there. There is no comparison.
Dr. Lisa Buttaro is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had! As someone who has horrible anxiety about going to the dentist, Dr. Buttaro and her staff have always been kind, compassionate and GENTLE. She checks on my comfort throughout the entire procedure/exams and has always been thorough explaining what will be happening. I’ve been a patient here for years and have never had a single complaint.
My Family and I have been coming to Fife Dental Center for several years now and have yet to be disappointed - quite honestly I don't think we ever will be.
My husband can write his own review but I will just go ahead and say that every time he comes home he cant say enough nice things about his dental visit, about who he saw and got to "catch up with". Etc. Everyone at this office takes time to get to know you, which is not the case at most offices you go to.
As for me, I have had traumatic experiences at dental offices, where they don't pay attention to you or seem to care "enough" when you're obviously in pain and start to cry. I can assure you that's not something I have ever experienced at this office.
When I first started going here, several years ago, I used to have to be eh, mildly sedated (ha). But now, due to the help, support and great experiences that myself (any my family) have had here - I only need de-sensitizing gel and Nitrous oxide. Which is a huge improvement (for me) even still with the progress I have made, Gina (Who almost always does my cleanings) is always checking on me, making sure during the cleaning I am comfortable and not in pain and she always has a warm fluffy blanket for me to snuggle up in while I am there. Dr. Buttaro comes in and checks on me to make sure I am still a member of the cavity free club and asks me how my kids are doing, which is sweet. She is the kindest Dr. and I am thankful to have her as mine and my kids.
My daughter as well has never had a bad experience, luckily everyone at the office knows her well enough, sometimes it seems more like "fun and games" when I bring her in, rather than a cleaning. Corina always takes great care of her, and so does Dr. Buttaro. She has been going through the process of getting braces and goes to an Orthodontist that Dr. Buttaro works really closely with, I am thankful for the communication between the two offices, because it has been a smooth process and I am always brought up to speed quickly on the plans for my daughters oral care.
I never have to worry about missing follow-up and there are never any "gray" areas as far as billing goes, because everyone at the front desk is on top of everything. Which I appreciate! Kim, the office manager (I believe) she is the best and Laura is amazing as well. They always check in with us when we arrive to see how were doing and make sure any concerns are taken back to the Hygienist's/Doctors before our appointments, I do think sometimes it can be easier up front before you're in "the chair" and they are always checking when we leave to make sure everything went smoothly. Granted we have never had complaints, I do have faith if we ever did. They would be handled appropriately.
Honestly, you can read every review you want but only you can form your own opinions. But if you want to go off my review, book the appointment because the staff here have been the most thoughtful staff I have ever met. Even the few people not mentioned by name, but met in passing or just once or twice are so nice. You'll be in good hands!
Best dental service around and the team is very gentle and caring! Laura is an absolute rock star and Dr. Buttaro is hands down the best dentist I have ever had! I am a daily tooth grinder and the team has a plan to get my bite back to normal! Even today one of my crowns popped off (original work was from another dentist) and they were able to see me same day (today) and secure my crown and correct my bite! Thank you Fife Dental and wish I knew of you sooner ❤️
