The staff really knows how to engage with kids—they even calmed down our most nervous one. My youngest keeps asking to go back! He took time to prepare her for each step, explaining everything in a way that made her feel completely comfortable. He also answered all my questions and clearly explained her situation. Dr. and the hygienist are always excellent—super nice. But honestly, the other stuff is terrible. Couldn't sign forms on my cell phone, price quotes from everyone were totally different, and it always costs so much in the end. Still, I always go back every 6 months plus more with my 3 kids because the dental care itself is great. Just wish the admin side was smoother.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Brian is outstanding! He is patient and kind to my kiddos (especially my son with special needs) and he takes time to explain every thing and make them feel comfortable.

If I could give the ortho team SPECIFICALLY zero stars I would. The dental team are wonderful but for the last two years, the ortho team has been HORRIBLE. Both of my children are in the middle of treatment - the first is on round two (round one was with a doctor who was great but has since retired). The new hires are AWFUL! They have lied to my child TWICE about when she was getting her braces off (including just this morning when we were told to make an AM appointment because that is when they do removals) only to be told she needed more time. With round two, my daughter’s braces broke within days, while my son’s broke within HOURS of having them put on. Don’t even get me started on the amount of times my son’s brackets have broken THIS YEAR ALONE! The workmanship and communication are AWFUL. I have another kid who needs braces and I would rather eat class than use them for braces ever again. If I hadn’t already paid for their service I’d pull my kids but I unfortunately have to stick it out with this awful service.
Dr Jenn is amazing with both my two littles. We have been going to her for years and she is always so gentle and kind. Flanders pediatric dentist is always clean and inviting. Everyone stays on time as well. Five stars always!

Took my 2 yr old to see Dr. Brian today. I was a bit apprehensive as this was my son’s first visit to the dentist, but it couldn’t have went better. Dr. Brian was super friendly and personable, informative, and took his time explaining everything to me. He wasn’t pushy about using fluoride toothpaste but rather explained the benefits and some misperceptions which I thought was nice! My son did great and even was awarded with a “prize” for a great visit. Also, the waiting room had toys and such to keep kids busy…always appreciative when offices do what they can to help!

I’m not too sure on what’s happened to this place, either they fired the experienced good workers or they left for a better job (not blaming them). Half of the time the dentist are too busy on anything but your teeth or laughing a storm up in the back. I had 2 dentist tell me 2 completely different things. The only reason it isn’t a 1 star is because their are nice to the kids. There’s been a few occasions they don’t ask you for permission to do something but besides that it’s mostly awful, they like all the kids. So don’t go here if your child is over the age of 12-14
We have been going to Flanders Pediatric Dentistry since my eldest starting getting teeth. I have nothing but wonderful things to save about this dentist office. There compassionate and caring. They understand if your child is scared and made it an easy and comfortable process for them. We also go to the orthodontist in the office and it's been a great experience. Always answers my questions and any concerns I have.

Dr. Brian was the absolute best. He was so friendly and talked to my daughter explaining everything he was doing. He spent time with us after her cleaning and explained the dental milestones and what to expect. The staff were very welcoming and my daughter felt so comfortable.
