Grace is an amazing hygienist—thorough and kind. All the dentists are great, and the office staff is helpful and efficient. Dr. Pietsch was amazing. I had a same-day appointment with her and her team because I was in a lot of pain and needed a tooth pulled. I have major anxiety around the dentist, but she put me at ease. I also don't numb up easily, but she took her time to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I'll be going back to become a regular patient. Her assistant was lovely too.

I use to work in the dental field so when I had a dental emergency on my front tooth, Dr Pietsch was the only dentist I trusted to fix it! She is very skilled, patient, listens and understands realistic goals. She is also very meticulous and genuinely cares for her patients, which is what you want in a dentist! From the front office, who are amazing, to the assistants, this office went above and beyond to help get my smile back. I am so grateful for Floss dentistry.

I’ve been going to Floss since they started and I love the welcoming atmosphere as much as their efforts to be on top of technique and technology progress. To me they are worth going out of my insurance network. I just had a cleaning this morning and especially appreciated how Dr Byun and Grace took the time to explain what they did, the results of evaluations, and answers to any questions. They give me the confidence I’m being taken care of professionally. The assistants and front desk are always great.

The dental care was all great but I didn't like the office staff. There seems to be a lot of turnover. The last straw for me was when they did an obviously very high end remodel of a perfectly beautiful waiting room and bathroom while simultaneously sending out an email that they would no longer be taking Delta Dental Insurance (which I don't even have) because it wasn't keeping up with the cost of doing business in Seattle.
