10/10. I’d highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly, and my dentist, Emily, is professional, patient, gentle, and lovely. She always ensured I got my questions answered and even offered to check my kids’ X-rays if I needed a second opinion. Emily is also fluent in Taiwanese if you or your parents are more comfortable speaking Taiwanese. Another dentist, Ryan (?), is also very patient with answering questions. I was there and overheard him talking to the patients. I had been to search for a new dentist in OC and tried three other places with no luck. Some other places would ask you to do exams or laboratory tests that you don’t need at all or exaggerate about cavities. My dentist, Emily, always helps out by monitoring and doing treatments when needed.
