Honestly, my visit was amazing from start to finish. The office is such a cool space in Savannah. The staff was super friendly and efficient. My hygienist was fun and talkative—she did a great job and was very gentle. The dentist was kind, efficient, and transparent about my options for preventative care. Overall, a great experience for teeth cleaning and general dentistry.

My grandmother went to this Savannah location for dental issues, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The office was unresponsive when scheduling appointments, and they recommended an insurance plan they don't even accept. Little follow-up or clear communication. Now she's back at square one with a mouth infection and can barely eat. Watching an elderly patient suffer due to negligence is incredibly frustrating. This place caused more harm than help for her emergency dental needs.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. I woke up with severe tooth pain and figured I’d be waiting days (if not weeks) to get in somewhere. To my surprise, Forsyth Park Dental got me in immediately — same day, no hassle, no long intake process, just calm professionalism from the moment I called.
Dr. Josie and her team were incredible. She explained every step clearly, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and performed a root canal that was, honestly, painless. That’s not something I ever thought I’d say about dental work. She’s efficient, gentle, and clearly knows her craft inside and out. You can tell her whole team respects her skill and genuinely cares about the patients’ comfort.
The office itself feels more like a boutique inn than a dental clinic — warm wood floors, comfortable seating, and even a fireplace in the waiting area. It’s the kind of setting that instantly lowers your blood pressure before you’re even in the chair.
And I have to mention Karen, the practice manager. She’s not just good at what she does — she’s the reason the place runs so smoothly. She’s a friend of mine, but even if she weren’t, I’d say the same thing. Karen sets the tone for the entire office: friendly, competent, and always one step ahead of what you need before you have to ask.
If you’re anywhere near downtown Savannah and need a dentist, this is where you go. They’re the rare mix of modern, efficient care and genuine Southern hospitality. I walked in with a major problem and walked out completely pain-free.

I really don't like going to the dentist, but Dr. JJ is amazing—kind and understanding. The staff is equally amazing. Karen at the front desk is like family, and the assistants are top-notch. It feels like home here. They handle sedation dentistry and general dentistry so well.

I found this dentist by chance while living in Savannah, and I couldn't have been luckier. Every employee was an absolute star—professional, efficient, and made me feel at home. It took a minute (there was some turnover this past year), but they are back on track. The hygienist, Tori, has the touch of a butterfly (she still gets the job done, but you don’t walk out with sore gums). Dr. Josie is knowledgeable, efficient, and a general delight. Plus, it’s the most gorgeous setting with fireplaces in the rooms and a 300-year-old live oak in the courtyard. Love it!

Forsyth Park Dental was such a great experience. I had a day off which is rare for me and Stacie was able get me in same day. Everyone was so kind and helpful from Lauren, the insurance coordinator helping figure out my insurance benefits. Heather did the best cleaning I’ve ever had and was very informative. Maddie and Dr. Brown did fantastic on my fillings and were very gentle. I’m so happy I found a new dental office that I trust!

I came quite a while ago, and I’ve been meaning to write this review! The dental assistant Madison was so kind to me, she made me feel extremely comfortable and she was so professional! Dr. Brown did an amazing job and was very patient and understanding, he made sure to ask me several times if I was comfortable with my bite, which I loved. I even had to come back for him to shave it down a little and he triple checked to make sure I was comfortable! I came early for all my appointments, and they took me early. I ended up getting out before my even scheduled appointment time. The lady at the front desk was also very kind! I forget her name, but she is blonde! The environment is very welcoming and relaxed. I highly recommend this dental office! Thank you, Madison and Dr. Brown I can now be more comfortable with eating and I am no longer in pain!

Dr. Brown is very thoughtful and thorough with treatment plans, always evaluating tooth, gum, and bite health together. The office staff are friendly, competent, and solutions oriented.
